Both times the repair man was able arrive early. Both times the repair man was very polite and friendly. They carried booties and put them on to protect my floors. It turned out my issues were easy adjustments which was covered by the warranty.

However, the washer still did not work. My girlfriend then called Hagan and Sons to come service and take a look at the washer. That was on a Wed. She was told it wouldn't be until Monday before they could get there. Meanwhile I researched what else could be the issue and took a logical and educated guess that the circuits board could be bad. During the weekend I told her to call off the repairman and I would just replaced the circuits board. Monday she was calling to cancel as Tom the repairman showed up. I heard her tell him she was calling to cancel the appoint. He just ignored her and walked into the house. He smelled like an ashtray. He then started picking up the boxes replaced old parts were in and just took them out and looked at them. He spent maybe 30 minutes looking at the washing machine and then told her it is the circuit board and then after that he'd have to check for codes as something else could be wrong but can't know until the board was replaced. He quoted $190+ to replace the board and told her if she wanted it done she'd have to pay now and then whenever the part comes in he'd install it. He then told her the part was on back order had no idea how long it would take to get and could be 6 weeks to months. I told her not to do it but get in writing the part number (after all she had to pay $90 for the service call) so she had paid for his knowledge and experience to know the EXACT PART # needed. It took several phone and voice messages to finally get the correct part number from as the part # given didn't match the part # on the washer. After he left she looked the part number up online found it within an hour ordered it at 1/2 the cost he was quoting and two hours later received an email notification the part had been shipped from Amazon. It took me only 20 minutes to remove the circuit board and have it out ready to be replaced. He told me nothing I didn't already know and can do. Just a waste of $90. Back in the day before the internet she would have had to pay for his service and everything in advance at his prices but not today.

My washer went out on July 13 and it is now September 15 and my waste is still broke. B and M electronics has been to my home 7/23, 8/15 and 9/5 and each time the give you a 5 hour window that they will show and usually show up at the end of that window. Each time they showed they have brought the wrong parts. When I call to check the status they are rude and claim they are waiting on authorization. This process has just been a nightmare and still now washer!!!!!

This was a warranty repair and when I called B&M (within 1 business day) to request additional repair, they reported that they had closed the claim, billed the warranty company and would not stand by their work with a return visit. While they were very responsive and came and checked out our equipment. It was a fuse that cost around five dollars. They stayed for three rounds to make sure that the dishwasher worked which of course when you're charging by the hour it ran the bell up so it cost us about $220 to replace a fuse. So yes we're happy that they fix the fuse and made sure that they wouldn't have to return but to pay somebody $80 while a dishwasher run for 30 minutes seems excessive.
