I should of known this place was full of liars based of them saying there 24 hours and they are not. They need to change that. The guy guermo is very rude and if u have a problem he's dismissive and will cut u off if u try to explain your issue that they caused Rio auto glass in Ontario on mission Blvd is the wrong place to take your car to if you're having window issues. They are very careless. They replaced my window motor and my door lock button didn't work immediately after they replaced my window motor. I told the guy who replaced my window motor and he immediately didn't take any accountability for my door lock button not working. I come back the very next day and the guy finally admitted that he tied the door lock actuator cable to tight. But it shows how dishonest this place is for denying it in the first place. He tells me that they only replaced my window motor and we didn't touch anything to do with the door lock button but after I stand my ground and we had to argue about it they finally admitted they did touch the actuator cable which caused my button to not work. Then after that my door handle wouldn't open from the inside they messed that up too. I have to say it again this place is very careless and they don't care about people's cars.I would definitely not recommend coming here because they are dishonest like Alot of mechanics and people just in general that do car services It's hard finding a decent mechanic/ people that do car services like this horrible place
