She cut into the front of the crewneck, rolled the material left & sewed a hem. Most tailor's would have matched the color of the original crewneck material & then made a new V-neck. I have had many crewneck tee altered to V-necks. Because nobody from Sew Quick Sewing was there I had to leave my tee shirt with a woman from Queen's.
