Also plenty of driers which had a credit card logo but since I had plenty of quarters that's what I used. Washing machines only take coins. Comfy spots to sit & wait. A few folding tables situated throughout when you need them. The owner is often there & able to answer questions. They do a large amount of wash & fold work so they are using much of the equipment & the folding tables. But, they are customer-aware & do their best to make room for you & find you a washer. Signs say they are renovating to improve service. The place is clean, but there are areas where construction may be underway.

If you want customers to return...try a different approach. Customer Service...maybe not. Rule #1...Make it right with the customer...THEN ask questions. Calling a customer a liar to their face won't make people want to come back. Having managed Hardware stores and Rental depts. I've walked in their shoes. They are simply doing it wrong!

Before leaving we were going to pay her adoption fee and ask a few more questions only to be told that the kitten wouldn't be a good fit and doesn't get along with other cats. After listening to there reasons that she wouldn't be a good fit I told them that my granddaughter and I had already fallin in love with her and I was willing to give her a try and to work with her if needed to only be totally discouraged to even do that. I don't understand how when we first arrived we were not told this information immediately so we didn't spend an hr with her becoming totally attached and in love with her. They could of also called me prior to the visit but didn't! I specifically told the gal that I was looking for a playmate for the cat that I already have right when we arrived! The least they could of done was be willing to let us give her a try instead of discouraging us in every way possible! They said the choice was mine but every time I said I would still take her they went on and on about it just wasn't going to work! So clearly the choice wasn't mine!
