Joshua was responsive and gave us an estimate right away, which was better than others businesses. He stopped by the next day. We told him we swapped out the entire guts of the tank. He didn't replace anything and made some adjustments with the existing guts in the tank. It was still leaking out of the flapper a while afterwards. I texted him to see when he would becoming back, since he had told my husband when he was called after the leak continued that he would come back the next day. He replied back that he would be back on Thursday or Friday. Josh stopped by afternoon on Thursday. He replaced all of the guts and stayed to make sure there was no further leaking before cleaning up and leaving. It's all working after the second visit. Josh is professional and gets the job done.

I've tried washing it myself. Even rented a big machine for it. My results were decent, but, boy, not like this. The white house trim and gutters pop. Our white garage door only looked this good when it was first installed decades ago. The siding is spotless, and the mildew is gone. I even had him pressure wash our old deck. I don't think I've ever seen it look this good. Terry says the magic is in his use of hot water and a special cleaner, but it also comes from his 30 years of experience and his attention to detail.
