From the first call to the day they arrived, the professionalism is really impressive! They kept us up to date via texts regarding date and time and never did we feel forgotten about. Thoroughly cleaned house, windows, pavers and flagstone path and it looks awesome. I had to remove all screens from windows which was a little cumbersome and the areas I didn't add to cleaning were left with debris(deck, front porch and driveway) I felt bad for the crew, I had an afternoon start(which I wasn't happy about) that didn't start until 2pm and then they were hear until 7ish. This company is the real deal. We are all tempted to call that guy who leaves a flyer in our door or tapes it to the mailbox. Just say no and call Lake State Cleaning. Zack was so responsive to my initial inquiry I was taken aback. Following the emailed quote, the pressure washing commenced two days later. The tech arrived in a company truck and I got a text letting me know the job was starting and another when he was finished. Really? Who does this? Had all three services - Gutters, Windows, and Exterior Wash. House literally looks brand new (build in 1960's). Courteous, clean, professional, not over priced.
