His employees were hard working and respectful, which made me think he was a good employer. There were smokers amongst the crew but I never found 1 stray cigarette butt. Be VERY Careful hiring this company. They may know how to paint but they don't know construction…read more I hired for some water damage to clapboards and sheathing. They constructed a "facade of work", simply sliding in support beams that weren't supporting or even nailed in. They tried to tell me the water damage went all the way to the roof, which it was not.(I had a professional roofer come in to confirm.) They covered their work with Ty-vek. When I called to have follow-up work, I was ghosted. Not only had I paid Innovation, I had to hire/pay someone else who had to undo their work and re-do correctly.
