We just had him at our home yesterday to fix an issue with several non-working receptacles in our living room and I cannot say enough good things about him. We had previously had a very bad experience with another electrician, who not only did not fix our issue, but tried to tell us that we had all kinds of other electrical issues in our home that needed to be fixed immediately and scared us into thinking that our entire circuit panel needed to be replaced as ours was "unsafe" and "not up to code." He wanted to charge us literally thousands of dollars to do all kinds of work, which we thought sounded very fishy. The problem we that were having was isolated to only one room and we had no other problems in any other areas of our home, leading us to believe that there was simply a loose connection somewhere in our living room. This other electrician wouldn't even look at the issue in our living room until we let him do thousands of dollars worth of other completely unnecessary work. Needless to say, we did not end up hiring him! We then contacted Tom with Integrity and set up an appointment for him to come take a look at our issue. He arrived right on time and was very personable and also very knowledgeable. It took a bit of investigating to pinpoint exactly where the problem was, but he eventually found that it was caused by a simple loose connection in one of the receptacles, exactly as we suspected all along. He ran some new wiring, replaced 3 of our receptacles, and everything started working again. We are so happy! I informed Tom of everything that the previous electrician had told us that we needed done and he wasn't at all surprised since he has heard a lot of similar stories from other homeowners about this particular electrician. He assured me that we did not need all of the things that he wanted to do done and that, other than the loose connection, everything else looked perfectly fine. I guess this other guy is notorious for trying to rip people off, so it's a good thing that we didn't buy into what he told us and called Tom instead! Instead of paying $2000-$3000 like the previous electrician wanted to charge us, Tom fixed our minor electrical issue in less than 2 hours and for only $184. We were very impressed and ecstatic! His rates are more than fair and he does honest, excellent work. We will absolutely call him should we ever have the need for an electrician again in the future!

With One Stop Home Repair, if an issue arises, you simply call the office and they address it promptly. We had a minor issue with an electrician, and not only did one stop adjust the bill, but they sent an electrician the following day to correct the problem, which was followed by a visit from the owner himself to look over the work to make sure that everything had been done correctly. We use them for electrical, plumbing, AC, heating, and now we are using them for cabinetry. This is a company that is entirely focused on the customer. Their values of Customer Service are anachronistic and are what one could have expected back in the 90s. They stand behind their work, they are extremely fair in pricing, and they back everything they do up completely. After having lived in our house for 14 years and having used countless contractors for different tasks, some of which were done well, and some of which were not, some of which could book an appointment in a reasonable lot of time, some of which vanished in the middle of the job, and some of which were impossible to make an appointment with, we now use one stop exclusively for literally everything in our house because their quality of service is far above anyone else's. We have complete confidence in this company, which is more than I can say for the vast majority of independent contractors who have come and gone. This is not a corporation staffed by indifferent employees. This is old-fashioned, personal service. They are prompt, they are polite, and on the rare occasions that an issue arises they are extremely prompt and fair in resolving any issue. The peace of mind that this brings as a homeowner is in valuable, and I cannot recommend this company anymore highly. I would give them six stars if I could.

We used this company to help switch over to propane. Which was $14,000 and we were fine with it…read morebecause we needed an new heating system. In the first couple weeks the water kept going cold, then the heat would not work. We called them and they would come out and "fix" the issue. Only for it to happen again. We finally got them to come out to "fix" it a final time to find out that they did not put the exhaust vent outside the house. Apparently when your exhaust vent is inside the house you cannot use an air freshener around it. Which we were not made aware of. One guy came out and said that the whole system was set up wrong and after he messed around with it, it started working. A couple months later we get a bill for $3,000!!! On a heating system they did not install correctly. We said we were not paying it because THEY were the ones that did not do their jobs correctly. They threatened us with a lean on the house if we did not pay the bill. After I had my father talk to them, they brought it down to a little over $1,000 for the bill. On something that they did not install correctly to begin with.
