    Warranty service from this store is less than ideal. I purchased new living room set February of…read more2021. From time of delivery in June of 2021 till now i have attempted 3 claims. 1st claim was items showing up damage during manufacturing. Ordered a Duke 24" lower base cabinet that had a damaged top. Representative showed up inspected, agreed it was miss manufactured and informed me that a new top would need to be ordered. They would return and swap the top with replacement part. Stated it would be a delay as they were backup up due to COVID. I gave up on this as to this day they have failed to return to repair it. 2nd claim - 1q 2024. The handle for the Conor incliner sofa broke. Opened a claim to get it fixed. This repair was dealt with appropriately. New handle was sourced, representatives called schedule repair time, arrived and repaired the unit. 3rd claim. - Early Dec 2024. The same Conor incliner sofa has broke. Not the handle this time, but it feels that the cable from the handle to the release mechanism has broken. My wife went down to the store and spoke with a representative who opened a claim and asked if we didn't hear from repair team by December 18th to contact them again. No response was received so contacted Ethan Allen on 12/23. Told that our claim is pending a email response from Ethan Allen corporate office. Now Jan 4th still no response. Service was great while trying to sell us furniture. One of their claims is a great warranty. Warranty doesn't mean much if the company makes you jump through hoops, and still fails to honor/respond. Buyer beware.
