He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

Initially I was ready to auto-schedule them year in and year old, but it didn't quite land perfectly to do so. These guys have good insurance and workman's comp (their words when asked), and are communicative with texts around scheduling. Prices were transparent and fair. We were on the books for 12:30-2:30 pm on a Friday, but ultimately they ended up coming hours later when we had people over and were doing dinner. It's not the end of the world because I don't need to be out there with them, but we had to move our plans inside. In the past, we had a different company who would set up the ladder and scoop everything into a bucket, but our tech (who was friendly) used a leaf blower on everything. It had just recently been raining so we ended up with quite a bit of river birch branches everywhere, and wet leaves and birch seeds plastered to the house. I think that's gonna happen, to some degree. Where I was a bit peeved was the fact that there were a handful of big branches on a little flat part of our roof. The guy just chucked them into the bushes on our patio, didn't bother with removal. I did hear the tech at one point powerwash, so he knocked some off. I was surprised to see the front, eaves, and back still covered when the job was done. I should've said something, but again, we were entertaining and I didn't want to get into it to be honest. I got out there the next day with a leaf blower and knocked some of it away. However, there was so much accumulated on our eaves that it continues to trickle down with the wind, so I'm in a state of constant cleaning now. The company asked for feedback via text and I told them the tech was friendly, but the cleanup wasn't quite up to par IMO. After some back and forth, they offered (emphatically) to come out and powerwash the house. It was a crazy busy weekend so I declined, but I do appreciate them offering. I think their customer service is legit, and that's not always the case. Again, would love to have a company every spring and fall that I could bank on, and was so close here, but they came up a bit short. If I knew it wasn't going to just rain shit down all over my patio, walkway, and driveway (he did clean that part up well to be fair), I would be game. As it is, I'll probabaly look around again but will consider hiring for the fall.

I am very dissatisfied. I needed a new fence for a puppy, I…read moretook a recommendation from a friend. After calling I was quoted two to three weeks before they could get to me. After giving a 50% deposit, I didn't hear from them. I had to call them at four weeks and they got out 4 days later. David who I spoke to initially, did not stay on site. He left two hispanic men, who could barely speak english to do the work. So every time I brought up a concern with them the communication wasn't good. Meaning the problems weren't addressed until after the work was done, when David showed up to get paid. Rather than mixing concrete first and then setting the post , they poured dry concrete around the vinyl posts and watered it, making for a weaker concrete bond. When opening the gates both posts flex. (They are not suppose to flex) There are no galvanized steel poles in the vinyl posts to minimize flexing. This is why you need well cured concrete. I took the time to set out flags markers where I wanted the entire fence, including both gates, they moved one gate without asking. The second gate they moved a foot closer to my garage right where my downspout is located, guaranteeing it will be wet and muddy right where the gate is located. They pulled up one of my pavers that was already there to move the post over a foot, where if they put it where it was flagged they wouldn't have to move it at all. After I told David how unsatisfied I was, he offered to put replacement pavers down. David never offered to fix the placement of the gate. There are multiple scratches on the new vinyl. Gold Fence Co. charged me $7000.00 for 99' 7" of fencing with two gates. I was so dissatisfied with their lack of quality control, I pulled their name off the fence as soon as they left.
