They seemed quite professional, however when I called them a couple weeks later to check on the proposal, Jessica said they were waiting for a few more prices and would email me the proposal soon. I waited another week and got nothing, I called again and asked to speak with Jessica, was told she was not available or busy. Left a message for her to call me back and no return call after many days. Called again and spoke with the receptionist and left another message for Jessica and still no call back. Tried a third time and got the receptionist again and she said she'd make sure Jessica got the message. As you can guess by now, I did not get a call back, this is after three messages in a week. I was starting to wonder if I needed to speak with someone more responsible, but then reading through their website, I found out that Jessica was the owner. Anyway, I'm glad the only time wasted was with this, though they did delay a time critical project. Hard to imagine a real company would behave like this.

We spent a considerable amount of time in the store and were not rushed. The only issue was the communications. Many unanswered emails and phone calls. Took months to receive my bill despite emailing her my new email address and even reminding her I still needed to pay which she didn't reply to, then she sent the bill to the wrong email which I fortunately checked before it was disabled. Good product and prices but that was about it. Probably best to go to the store in person for followup if that's possible. I was out of state so it didn't work for me.

We had the ceiling installed, removed the boat slips, replaced the decking with Trex, boxed in the columns, lighting, and fans installed and a bar with appliances and kegerator put in. They were the most expensive of the bids we got but based on our interactions and seeing some of their other work, we had confidence in them and decided they would be the ones we went with. Due to the COVID crisis, it took longer to get materials and crew in place than our original schedule, however, the work they did was fantastic. The decking required a lot of precise cuts and detailed work and the project foreman, Jason, and his team did a great job. Of particular concern was the integration with both our irrigation system (the pump is in the attic of the dock) and the wireless system for the speakers and they offered creative solutions which have been well-implemented. Throughout the process, they were very sensitive to avoid damaging landscaping and grass and always cleaned up after their work each day. Any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and efficiently. For example, when materials were delayed and wouldn't make a schedule deadline we set, the job foreman, Jason, jumped in a truck and drove to the plant in North Carolina where they were being stored and brought them back himself. I was pretty impressed with that. Jason played a key role in making sure everything not only met my expectations but exceeded his own high standards. I can attest to the fact that Construction Marketing made every effort to make sure the job was done the way we wanted it. I'm very happy with how it eventually turned out.

Great work done by very nice people !…read more I am 78 years old, take that into account when I refer to the "young men" (Joel, Emmanuel, Ryan and Moses ) who took my yard that had extremely poor curb appeal and made it something which I can be very proud. Joel and Emmanuel had the difficult job of really getting down and dirty; pulling up dead and dying shrubbery and replacing it with nice young shrubbery. While laying down sheeting to prohibit unwanted growth; covering with massive amounts of mulch and remaking the landscaping rocks which outlined the mulch. Ryan and Moses' work was less obvious, but they replaced a rotten and unsafe hand railing with a nice strong sturdy well anchored replacement. In my younger days I may have tried to do some of this work myself but in no way could I have come close to matching the work that these professionals did for me

After that, they took the time to schedule a free estimate, during which they even caulked some obvious but small holes in my roof, free of charge! Finally they started work three days after completing a very reasonable quote. They showed up early and worked effectively and efficiently to finish the work the same day! They took time to show me exactly what they were doing, and took great pictures and video in case I missed anything. I cannot wait to use MCN again for my next project!
