Unfortunately due to the drivers negligence while attaching my car to the tow-truck, the rack and pinion gear were bent and punctured the power steering bellow, now Fleming is denying any responsibility for the damages. I have never once had any power steering issues with my car prior to them touching it and now I am on the hook for their mistake. I understand that accidents happen, but I shouldn't be held liable for damages made to my vehicle by others. I am a mother of two, one with special needs and I require safe and reliable transportation... after paying for the tow, the owner, Cliff has refused any responsibility for the damage as a direct result of the removal of my vehicle, the cost of the repairs is now 1800$. With it being so close to the holidays, this is more than problematic! I would encourage others to seek any other company for towing assistance, Fleming is demonstrating a complete lack of integrity and care for their customers. It is shameful and ultimately dishonest.
