Both times, Taylor's was there in less than an hour. Both drivers were awesome. I don't remember the first driver, but the second one's name was Will. He was very nice. They are probably the most affordable in town. Because it was after hours, Will even sent me a picture that my vehicle was safely nestled at the automotive shop. Other towing companies I called that were about the same price had full voicemails and didn't ever call me back. If I ever need another tow, Taylor's will be my first and only call. Unfortunately due to the drivers negligence while attaching my car to the tow-truck, the rack and pinion gear were bent and punctured the power steering bellow, now Fleming is denying any responsibility for the damages. I have never once had any power steering issues with my car prior to them touching it and now I am on the hook for their mistake. I understand that accidents happen, but I shouldn't be held liable for damages made to my vehicle by others. I am a mother of two, one with special needs and I require safe and reliable transportation... after paying for the tow, the owner, Cliff has refused any responsibility for the damage as a direct result of the removal of my vehicle, the cost of the repairs is now 1800$. With it being so close to the holidays, this is more than problematic! I would encourage others to seek any other company for towing assistance, Fleming is demonstrating a complete lack of integrity and care for their customers. It is shameful and ultimately dishonest.

I have pics of where my car was parked .I have pics of the surrounding areas showing there is no " no parking signs". I am filing a complaint with PCB police to stop this fraud. They say they are contracted by Pier Park Security who called them. Both will be investigated. Pier Park security says only a Supervisor can call them. I was told the Supervisor does not work on Weekends. I filmed a "spy" in an unmarked car that took down my license plate, and called White's wreck to pick up my car. I have video of this. When I asked the security guard, who was driving his own personal car, which I have pictures and video of. The security guard got very upset and starting cussing and getting irate and was coming towards me for video taping him. I videotaped the whole incident. My 86 year old grandmother, aunt and 2 young boys were left stranded at a mcdonalds after their enterprise rental broke down in the morning. There were stranded for 12 hours and enterprise did nothing except send a tow truck later in the evening. The lady with the tow company even offered the enterprise agent to go get the rental exchange and bring it back to my grandma and enterprise wouldn't allow it. So finally I drove 2 hours after they realized they weren't getting a new car and agents were giving them the run around. Then the next morning at a local enterprise counter where we were directed, the lady at the counter was being rude, unhelpful and impatient. When we got the woman from the tow company on the phone to speak with enterprise she laid into them on my grandmas behalf and all the sudden the woman at the desk was apologetic and helpful. She told the lady how terrible their customer service was and how my grandma was severely mistreated. We stood there for 45 minutes of them saying they had no record of the car being picked up etc etc and they couldn't help us and would have gotten nothing helped until the company got involved on our behalf which isnt their job. They couldn't bump me up in line because the other jobs paid more. That's crazy. So instead of my dog being trapped in the car an emergency they chose money over people. Then they said it would be $150. Wow, to unlock a car?? So i called another company and the guy got out of bed and rushed to my rescue and didn't even charge me because it was an emergency.
