So, I decided to check out a couple of furniture stores here in the area. A friend of mine told me to check out Kimbrell's. Even though they had some really nice furniture, I didn't see anything I was interested in. The store has beautiful furniture, the prices are reasonable based on what I was searching for. Customer service was pleasant. I will definitely keep them as an option for my shopping needs next time. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. I will most likely visit them again in the future.

The managers , Ms. Judy and Ms. Adrian did not seem at all sympathetic. They did not apologize for any inconvenience. Only that it was not included on their end. This was very upsetting for my wife and I. They wanted to re-run my credit and start a new contract which I did not want to do. They responded very quickly and were able to provide a quote based on the picture I sent of my pieces. The quote was a fair price for the work involved. They were able to start the project fairly quickly and picked up the furniture at my home on the agreed upon time and dropped it off as promised. I was very impressed at the quality of the refinish job on my furniture. They have been given new life and the workmanship was fantastic. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to give your furniture new life. They also do cabinet refinishing so I am keeping them in mind for future projects at my home.

This one really stuck out to us because the owner was kind and confident, and there didn't appear to be any hidden fees, nor did he try to overcharge. The crew was 10 minute late, and when they arrived, they confirmed the start time was 8:10. They did not charge for time they did not work. I pointed out a couple of important pieces to me (my upright piano and my grandmother's cabinet). They reassured me they would wrap everything. And they did! They wrapped it in blankets and wrap. They even lifted the piano with their own strength! Usually movers have to use dolly's. I wish I had gotten their names to shout them out. We were impressed with this company from start to finish.
