I came to know Finish Line through a family member, who had had her carseats re-covered--and she HIGHLY recommended based on price and quality. I was planning on visiting town, so I called Jackie and described my seats and sent some pics by email. We scheduled a date and time, where I would drop off and pick up after hours. Note that all this was done sight unseen (with a bit of apprehension) but with trust of their reputation and professionalism. I don't write many reviews but when I come across a superior business I'm compelled to recommend for others. The owner (Jackie) is super nice and friendly who goes out of her way to be fair and accommodating. I traveled 140 miles to have my Silverado upholstery replaced. I had expected to have the fabric seats recovered but as it turned out I could get a leather package for only a little more. The work was done in 1&1/2 days. They even replaced the non-functioning seat rack or base with a provided new one at no additional cost (The Chevy dealer wanted $600. to replace the base). Now, the interior of the pickup looks as if it just came off a car lot. They also provided pickup at the car rental agency but I did give a tip to the worker since it saved me cab fare. I'm very satisfied with this business, the personnel, and the quality of the work. read more

This place is great! Jackie was super friendly via e-mail communications and over the phone. When I showed up at the shop, her and the two employees there were quick to disconnect the console for my car and even quicker to replace the entire cover. I didn't even expect it back until after the weekend and two hours later I got a call saying it was complete. It looked great and they reinstalled it in 5 minutes while I waited. As the owner of two restaurants in south Carolina, I often have booth seat cushion repairs. My previous upholsterer in Chapin suddenly went out of business and I was stuck with several ripped booths I needed recovering. I brought them to Finish Line. They simply asked: "how much did they charge for these?" They immediately matched that price and promised to call when they were finished. I was shocked when they called me two days later with finished booths. Since then, I have returned no less than five times in the last month. They do an awesome job, Bob and Jackie (I think they're the owners) are extremely friendly and helpful. read more

The zipper on the back of our Jeep Wrangler came undone and we could not get it back together. Finish Line came recommended from a friend, so I sent over a picture of what I needed repaired to see if he could give me an estimate. The person on the phone was nice and told me that he thought it would be a fairly quick repair and that the zipper did not need to be replaced. He asked that I bring it in the next day for his top guy to look at and see how long it would take him to fix it. I went the next day and the owner was not there however the guy running the office was very rude. He told me the owner didn't know what he was talking about that he was just looking at pictures. He called the top guy over and he was equally as rude, he treated me like I was bothering him. He glanced at the zipper and said that he had to replace the whole zipper and it would be $175. I told him what the owner had said and he told me he didn't care and then he turned around and left. So I told them never mind I would find someone else to repair or replace it, but I would not be giving them my money. I then did find a gentleman at another upholstery shop that was able to repair it for $35. I have even called back my friend and told him from now on do not give Finish Line out as a reference. read more
