This is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever come in contact with. She did seat…read morecovers for our boat, but left part of the work unfinished. She would not answer my husband's messages so I reached out by text. She initially answered my text, but then quit responding. I gave plenty of time for a response, but she texted me back asking me if we were going to "harass her all of boating season". I told her no harassment intended, however, I would like to get what I had already paid for. She said she spoke with my husband (he is out of town, so I was unaware of their conversation) and she thought they had a plan. I told her I was unaware and she told me that we needed to communicate better. Then she said he threatened her - totally untrue. Then she went on a tangent about closing her business because of customers like us who kept double calling and texting. I explained that a simple answer would have avoided unnecessary reach outs, but that no one likes to be ignored. She kept on about how upset she was and said that she was blocking my number and would only communicate with my husband. She had no plan with him, only said that he told her there was no rush. He did say that he was not in a hurry, but that didn't mean no communication required. She never acknowledged his message at all. Believe me closing this business would be a service to this community - we do not need this type of business owner in the area or anywhere. Please heed the warning - this woman is awful!!

My first call to them was 2 weeks after it was left with them. I only called because they would not answer Todd's text or calls. They answered because they didn't know my number. After giving me two dates and not completing the fix. They started not answering my calls. After giving them a Reasonable Amount of time to complete the fix (2 1/2 weeks). I called back to back that one day because Gunn's would not answer our calls or text. We were done with the lies. That one day Todd told Willie he wanted it completed that day. When Willie once again said he would get to it Monday, Todd was furious and decided to pick up the boat without it being fixed. We don't care to do business with people that lie and ignore us. We had already paid them for the work. Be aware. Read the Google Reviews. They have many other reviews of the same behavior. As you can see in the picture it was just a little to big and should have been a quick fix. Very unprofessional

She even visited my house to see my living room, to help me with some design tips that I asked for, and to measure my living room before I decided to proceed with the couch purchase. When I later returned to Dan-Rich to get a matching ottoman custom made, she helped me with that, too. The couch has aged very well and is as almost as beautiful as it was when I bought it. Dan-Rich has a lot of inventory packed in the showroom with a nice variety of price points. Doesn't feel all "chainy" and corporate like a lot of furniture places do.
