If I could rate my experience less than a one star I would. I ordered five navy polo shirts for my daughter for school and want to cancel my order. I have tried several times for the past three days contacting the store in West Palm Beach, FL with no luck. I have also tried calling the 800 number on their website and had to leave a message there too. What kind of store is this?! I am at my wits end and about ready to call my bank to cancel payment. This is absolutely ridiculous that I can't contact anyone!! Really bad I am not able to give this store a zero because; I went there on 07/15/17 and got uniforms for my son that needed to have school logo. They promised I will be ready 1 1/2 hour later, went back and promised for next day. I called and now they said for Wednesday this is four days after my purchased, asked to speak to manager and she was not able to get to the phone so another employee by the name Varia answered. Not happy at all. The bad thing is that we have to purchase school uniforms with them. But I will let school know the way I feel. read more

Costumer service sucks big time!i came in today to purchase some scrub uniforms. Since i have limited budget i went into the clearance section and luckily i have found 4 pairs of scrubs i want and fits on my budget since everything there is on 40% off. I went to cashier to check out. The cashier is very unprofessional she was making faces and rolling her eyes from her boss which is in the counter next to her. It took her about 30 minutes to ring out 9 items. So she told me the total and it was off my computation. I glanced at the receipt and i know something is off. I look it up one more time before driving. I noticed that some items that are supposed to be discounted didnt reflect on the receipt. I feel cheated and went back to get my refund. But the manager face changed and you can tell hes pissed. He passed the task of refunding to the cashier from oncoming shift. Unfortenately they said they cannot refund the money back to my debit card and i ended up gettig a store credit. I feel cheated. And im not coming back eventhough they have nice items there. read more
