These guys rock! I am a Project Manager and need properties cleaned out frequently. This property in Palmdale was a mess! Lots of junk inside and outside the house. Steven was able to come out and gave me a quote quickly. The price was very fair!! Steven was great with communication throughout the project and the payment system is also convenient to use. I used them on a small job, and they were great with fair prices, couldn't be happier. A couple weeks later I had a bigger job, I was excited to know I had a fair it option to use to haul some demo, I didn't even bother to ask anyone else. I sent pictures, which they quoted around $350 or so and I agreed. I was out of town when they showed up and got a text it would be $525. That didn't seem fair so I questioned it trying to negotiate a fair price. They got upset that I would even question them and left the job before responding to my query or countering. I even responded that I would pay what they wanted because I needed it gone and they said they left and went silent. Very rude and not smart business! I called another local Company and they hauled everything for $400, which is fair and less then what I was willing to pay all valley. Moral of the story is get some quotes and deal with companies that actually want your business, not all valley. read more

Called for a quote, I need a spring cleaning. I'm disabled and am unable to continue the care of my property. They came out, walked my yard, said they'd call me with a quote. Never heard back.
