I've contacted Brian for junk removals twice now! Years apart actually. The first time about 3 yrs ago moving in to collect all our moving boxes and this second time a few days ago while we're moving out! We had so much junk that's just piled in our backyard through the years of wood, plant buckets, a destroyed cooler, mirrors, etc! Lots, and In horrible condition since it has been sitting out in all that rain we've had the last few months.. spiders and roaches behind it. He responds always in a timely manner. All I had to do was send photos of what I needed gone, and he'd quote me on that! He makes it so simple and quick, it makes me wish I didn't wait so long to do it! We had a few extra things toward the end we decided to throw in there, he didn't give us a hassle at all in fact encouraged it & was plenty patient for us to decide. Although His price is fair, I threw in a couple extra bucks in there for the extras and the nasty pile he had to go through. We didn't have to lift a finger, and he made it all seem effortless on his part! We're moving out of state, so for obvious reasons I won't be calling again anytime soon. Amazing service! I had to recently find a company to remove junk at my work place, I had reached out to a few junk removal places, some did not respond at all and others responded days later. Brian was the only one to respond quickly. Not only did he respond quickly, but after a few text message exchanges with pictures of junk to be removed, he gave a quote and was able to come in the next day. His communication was GREAT, professional, quote did not change from what we discussed. I actually felt bad because he ended up having to cut some desk, which he had to leave and come back to complete after hours for us in order to not interrupt business, he was courteous enough to bring this up, not us. We are very satisfied with Brian's company. In less than 3 hours mountains of dirt and wood pallets are gone in our property. He went an extra mile and came in our place to give me a proper quote which is $100,00 lower than his estimate based on the the photo's I sent. The dirt he removed end up to be over 2 tons which is more than the quote he gave me and yet he does not ask me for additional charge. This company is trustworthy. As you can see from my many reviews, I give stars according to service fairly and with a clear explanation. First, Brian was very easy to get ahold of. I left him a message and let him know that texting was preferred as I have a busy schedule. He texted me in a timely manner and was very professional the entire time. He scheduled a time to come give me an estimate so that no one was guessing on the amount of junk he was moving. I was unable to be here for the estimate but my wife said he was very professional, kind, and courtesy. He explained to her that the junk we were asking to be removed was a full load and why. On the day the trash was to go, he came early, he worked fast, AND he swept up the leafs/brushes he was hauling from our backyard (In the rain). That was definitely a step I was not expecting.
