Dr Neil Baird is the best ever. Highly recommend! Personable. Professional. Frenziedly. Knowledgeable. Been my dentist since 2007.

After wasting a lot of $ on Park City Dentists I decided to check out Dental Offices in Salt Lake…read moreCity. I found this office via Groupon and at first was skeptical about the value to quality differences I was getting quoted elsewhere. Not only was the procedure done well, it was communicated well from the staff to the dentist. They have a lab on site to make it a one stop office. I was very happy with the outcome, regardless of the price differences. They exceeded my expectations and that's rare today! Thanks again for the great experience,,at a Dentist Office:)

My review in a nutshell: * pleased…read more* comforted * well informed by customer service and dental staff * really looking forward to treatment plan in future with Dr. Warr After years of dental issues and dentist trauma I left my visit with Dr. Warr feeling very comforted, hopeful, and well informed. He has a great, warm bedside manner but was also very helpful in explaining my options during our conversation. Autumn at the front desk was also really warm, funny, real and helpful in outlining my treatment plan and payment options - Great customer service. I'm happy to move forward with treatment once I stabilize funding (girl is in a tight monetary situation but thankfully I got my tooth temporarily fixed so I can continue smiling and talking with confidence!). In-Depth review: Over the years I have learned a lot of powerful lessons in advocating for my health and being assertive in getting solutions from medical professionals. It can be a very daunting experience as a woman to get the right care and long term solutions we can live with particularly when in conversation with older male doctors and dentists that often overpromise in the moment. I won't get into specifics with my previous dentist to suffice to say I wasn't enthused to visit him again to get him to fix his previous work. But I did have a good enough experience previously with the clinic as a whole and felt that good enough work was done and perhaps I could work with a different dentist. I have had a number of visits with Oral Design Dental over the years after experiencing a sort of unique oral health issue - a front tooth fell out in 2017. At the time I choose OD because I appreciated that they had an in-house lab with an experienced designer and that could make the turn around time for crown design and production concentrated and reasonably quick. That year one of their dentists was quickly able to temporarily fix my tooth and then affix the old crown with a new seemingly studier post. A few years later I returned in 2023 and had 6 crowns restored to have a new life cycle and a beautiful confident smile - again with that same dentist. Fast forward to this summer when I was happily biting into a strawberry popsicle at a work party and a DIFFERENT front tooth fell out. Thankfully I was able to prop it back in and it held for the rest of my time in public but I was unnerved that this was happening to me AGAIN and instead of 11 years of nice front teeth it had barely been 3 years. Thankfully with some good mental health practices, a solid and caring support network, and minus an unhealthy romantic partner I was a lot calmer and began to troubleshoot my options. Even though I was still unnerved and a bit concerned about negotiating a fix with the former dentist I decided to go back to the source at OD to discuss a treatment fix as well as payment options since I'm still paying for the 6 crowns that were placed just a short time ago. This time I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could easily be set up with new dentist Dr. Edward Ward instead of navigating an uncomfortable conversation with my old one. On my first visit Dr Warr was warm, friendly, and very helpful in explaining my options and listening to my thoughts and questions about each of them. We both came to a well informed treatment plan that I could feel good about and he was able to temporarily but more securely put my crown back on before going ahead with the greater work of a permanent fix. I'm very hopeful and comforted to work with him again and I now feel well prepared for the experience. Autumn at the front desk was great to work with too from start to finish and I'm hopeful I can find a payment solution I can work with moving forward!

I am so much more confident in my smile and get compliments all the time, never once has anyone asked if they are veneers rather than my natural smile. I've since moved out of state and called up last minute when I was in town last month for a visit. I had a painful back tooth that I thought was a crown from Dr Kiser. I was so miserable. Well he got me in last minute and pointed out it was actually the nerve getting damaged from the tooth behind my crown, which was due to my recession, not the crown. Even though it was a short appt and I had my baby girl, he made time to put on a small filling close to my gumlineto cover up the exposed nerve ending. I still need to call back his office and tell them it's doing much better, as they left a follow up message just checking on it that I missed. The follow up from Vicki and the office staff is awesome too.

This guy Dr. Kiser and his same office end-dentist Dr. John Coats are very nice talking, but that…read moreis about it. They are one of the worst dentists I have ever seen, fundamentally deceitful. I went in for the first time on mid Dec. 2019 for checks and Dr. Kiser refereed me to his same office dentist Dr. Coats for surgery works. Both of surgery done by Dr. Coats are seriously bad and make my dental health worse. I paid 4000 for their craps and nice words. When I talked to them, said they did complete the service and the pains are not there faults, and they sent me away. When I felt pain after the surgery, I called in, I immediatly knew I was in a trap. They did not feel suprised at all. They are on a routine to handle it, ie, find the right time to send me away, and of course part my money forever. These people there are disgusting. When I asked Dr Kiser about bad reviews of Dr. Coats, Dr. Kiser said he did not know about it. So, Dr. Kiser, here you go. I am going to share them here with you. so they no more crap from you. These are public. When I asked Dr. Coats about those reviews, he said he never make mistakes. Here is the link: https://www.healthgrades.com/dentist/dr-john-coats-39ydy "Do not ever trust your dental work to Dr Coates. He will do unnecessary work, overcharge you, cause great pain and years of repairing his work." -- 2018 June. "This man is the most untrustworthy and dishonest endodontist. He is in it for the money and performs completely unnecessary procedures. I have been paying for the damage he caused me for years. Do NOT use him or trust him." - 2017 Sept. "Coats did a surgical procedure called an Apico Ectomy where he makes an incision high up on the side of your gums, removes the root tips and completes a root canal. He told me he wanted to do It this way because I already had a crown on the tooth. Coats was supposed to remove the root tips but he left 1 of them in my gums. It caused severe pain and infection for almost two years before a periodontist found it and fixed it. I even asked Coats if he did remove the root tips, he lied and said yes!" - 2016 So, this is what happened to me. Dr. Coats performed a surgery that supposes to fix my infected root tips. Ends up: infection goes up to the nose, and tooth are getting more pain. Dr Coat also performed a root canal on another tooth. End up: that tooth is hurting even more. When Dr Kiser saw me after the first complaint, he immediately said he can fix both problems (without looking at x-ray yet). He simply tossed out nice words continuously, and I have to stop him from continuing chanting nice words. I asked him to speak with evidence. Then, he has not much to say and to show with evidence. I guess he is not happy and out of tricks. After two months of the surgery, I finally get to see Dr. Coats. Guess what, what a crap, I have to stop him giving out crap words, nonsense. He simply said he did a very good job and completed. Just like Dr. Kiser, he said things without evidences, without logic. When I confronted him, he asked me to leave. What a crap and lie. All I want here is to share this info publicly, so that no other innocent people like me, continue to fall into their traps. My money of $4000 is gone and I am left with more problems. I can move on, but the true face of Dr. Kiser and Dr Coats need to be made known.
