I went in for my cleaning and discovered I had three shallow cavities - Dr Thomas and his amazing staff got me in the next morning and had them handled in less than 20 minutes with no pain. Very affordable (it cost a family member $410 for one filling at another dentist WITH insurance - it was less than $400 for a cleaning and three fillings at Dr Thomas with the same insurance). Highly recommend! I have also had Invisalign done with them and couldn't be happier. Dr Thomas will take the time to make sure you are happy.

They sent one, I sent a check in to pay it. It has been cashed, there is proof. And yet I have gotten three more bills in the mail and text messages harassing me to pay it. I would not trust this Dentist if I were you.

It was unsettling to see this. It was like watching an accident you can't keep from looking at while driving by. The lady getting work done kept looking at me, and I her. How weird is that! No privacy. This is my first time here after many false starts. The first scheduled appointment was on an early Saturday morning. I answered the many text messages that wanted me to confirm my appointment, which I did. Along with a recorded telephone message saying...are you coming to your appointment. Press 1 to confirm. Which I did. When I arrived for my Saturday appointment, the doors were locked. After waiting about a half an hour I left. No communication what so ever. I was pissed. Why then so many text/phone messages asking me to confirm?! I only reluctantly rescheduled, because the location is close to me, and my daughter really likes Dr. Loosli. I liked Dr. Loosli I guess. He's a really nice older gentleman. I can't really comment on his dental work, because I didn't have any cavities, and therefore all he did was look at my x-rays. Before I met with Dr Loosli, I had x-rays and a cleaning by his dental hygienist. Well a half assed cleaning if you want to define it as a cleaning. The dental hygienist was borderline rude, and very condescending. She said she was going to use a water pick tool instead of the normal "scraper" tool that is used to scrape the plaque off your teeth. I did not like this water pick. It happened so fast I don't think it took any thing off my teeth, if I had anything on them. I got concerned when I started smelling something burning......it smelled like burnt hair. I wonder if it was because she was in such a rush to leave for the day that she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, and burned some of my gums. Then she said "I'm only going to polish the front of your teeth." I thought to myself WTH. Why wouldn't you polish all of my teeth? and that was that. When she was done with the cleaning I said "That was the fastest, less evasive cleaning I've ever had in my entire life. Which is every six months for years and years. She just ignored me. When Dr Loosli came in the room he talked quite a long while before he got down to the business of my teeth. I told him about how fast my "cleaning" was, he didn't know what to think about that. He looked at my x-rays and my chart, and commented that the dental hygienist didn't leave any comments on my chart. I asked him if that was normal, and he said "Maybe because you don't have any cavities that's why she didn't write anything on your chart. He talked some more and I left. The whole thing was weird.

I'm a perfectionist and follow the simple code "If you can't say something nice..." but after several months of repeated and wonderfully successful experiences, my conscience requires that I let others know about the much more than exceptional service I've enjoyed with Jared Theurer DDS and the rest of his team, particularly the Dental Hygienist LeeAnn Burton. I lived with several dental issues, including over a year of very annoying to miserably sharp pain. I had within a single month, seen four dentists attempting to resolve the pain issue alone; all to absolutely no avail. Out of exhausting frustration I finally decided to chalk it all up to the aging process, figuring I'd probably have to live with it till my last breath, which hopefully is a long time away. My wife had always raved about her dentist and was rather bewildered as to why I refused to go see him. But as I stated, I had already seen four dentists, expensive ones, 'how could seeing this dentist possibly be any different?' Yet, after months, when it came time for a routine cleaning and exam, I simply went to my wife's dentist. They were comprehensive. We started talking, really communicating. They listened and asked questions and within that single visit alone, the cause of the pain was not only discovered, but RESOLVED!!! Somehow, what four expensive Park City dentists could not see was recognized and my pain was history! This was more than 6 months ago and not a single pain since! No root canal, just an insightful adjustment to repair what had not been correctly done by one of the pricier dentist in Park City. And he would only refer me to a very VERY expensive oral surgeon that required upfront payment of $2700 to pull my infected tooth. So, unable to afford that, I lived with it for another year and a half while it caused me much further suffering and pain. I finally found a qualified dentist who was willing to do the extraction for a mere $40 - at The Denture Company Boise. He was very kind and very fast. Helped me on the very same day I went in. Do yourself a favor and AVOID White Pine Dental at all costs. Their X-rays and referrals cost me MORE than the other dentist who actually DOES the work. The BBB should shut White Pine down.
