Absolutely horrible customer service! We just moved and our first bill from them did not arrive until 2/20. I found out they had set the bill date as 12/20 and then charged me two months of late fees despite NEVER notifying me of a bill until two months later! I had no way of paying my bill due to their system requiring an account number for payment- a number you DON'T receive until your first bill! I reached out to the customer service and they would not take responsibility for their actions. I absolutely do not recommend this company, in my opinion they use extremely shady business practices! read more

All Waste? More like No Accountability. I've tried--twice--to get my recycling picked up on schedule. Trash? Sure, that disappears like clockwork. But recycling? Not once in two weeks. I figured maybe I had the wrong week, so I put both out again. Still no recycling pickup. Called All Waste yesterday. They confirmed it would be picked up that day. It wasn't. Called again this morning. Was told it would be picked up today. While I was literally putting my bins out, they left me a voicemail saying the truck had already come by at 6am. What? Then came the hold music--15 minutes of it. No manager available. No resolution. Just a flat "we'll pick it up Monday," even after I told them that was unacceptable. This isn't just poor service--it's a masterclass in miscommunication and indifference. If you enjoy chasing trucks, being gaslit by voicemails, and talking to customer service reps who can't escalate a basic issue, All Waste is your dream come true. Scheduled a bulk pick up , abided by the 1 week window. Drive shows up at 7:29 AM, pauses for 30 seconds. Drives off. I try to flag him down for the pick up, he drives off. I call the hotline, lady tells me at 7:40 AM that wasn't my driver and assured another drive would be on route and I should make sure the pick up is visible from the curb. Sure, I drag the rubbish right to the curb and pile things high, all before 8:00 AM. Well, come 10:00 AM, still no pick up and I call again. I'm told to they won't be coming today and that in fact was my driver and I should keep the garbage out there for tomorrow morning. I ask if there is another solution, it's windy and I don't want to keep having to go collect it as it blows all over. I'm told there is no solution, it'll be tomorrow and I should make sure it's visible this time. ALL WASTE, I'm glad to remove this review if you can explain your way out of this logically. I don't have luxury time to work and flag down your drivers and paint my garbage flowing red or highlighter yellow. Make this right. Your reviews are pitiful and I have no problem taking this up with the town or whoever else I need to. I'm a new customer and we're already off on the wrong foot. read more

One of your "ALL WASTE SAFE DRIVERS" hit my PARKED CAR while my neighbor watched!! Your company failed to recognize the damage. I hope your "safe drivers" have been told that if they hit a car while doing their job, the right thing to do would be to put a note on the car letting the owner know that they made a mistake and hit it by accident, instead of deny it with your Safety and Compliance Manager - Matthew Slowik. I told him that my neighbor alerted me that my car had been hit by the garbage truck on Tuesday March 27th but they denied it and basically called her a liar to her face. Great company you've got there!!! My car is all messed up now thanks to your 'safe drivers"!!! What a freaking joke!!!!!!!!! Yeah I'm PISSED!!!!! Thanks for nothing Matthew!!! After repeated calls and failed pickups, I am finally forced to change companies. Today's call truly topped the cake..."did you put the trash out the night before" and "we had no other calls from your street last week for missed pickups". Basically telling me, the customer, that I am wrong. Very poor business ethic. read more

If I could give zero stars to ALL WASTE I would. This company is completely useless!! I have to call them every week because they forget to pick up my garbage/recycling. Then wait 2 more days for an actual pick-up. After my third call I was told they couldn't pick up because I lived on a private road. If anything happened to their trucks I would be responsible. I'm sure they have insurance. Also my road is paved and other service providers have no problem using the road for the 4 others families that live on the road. ALL WASTE took over this route from VALLEY SHORE DISPOSAL who were very reliable and able to navigate our private road with no problem. If you can, use any other disposal company. I have been with all waste for about 6 years and they've increased there prices 2 in the last 2 years ALL WITHOUT NOTICE. I opened my bill today and its $15.00 more then it usually is going from $69.00 a qtr.to $84.00. I called thinking it was a mistake and the guy who answered the phone says we sent you a letter informing you. No, you didn't in fact last year you did and increase and you told me the same thing you sent a letter and no letter was sent. How can you increases your prices and then not tell your customers? Don't do business with this company. I will be shopping around for another trash company this place is shady! read more

After 11 years of being reasonably satisfied with All Waste it is time to switch companies. I got my bill today and my quarterly rate went from $85.17 to $94.15 WITH ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE from the company! That's a $9.33 increase with ZERO COMMUNICATION about the increase from the company. I found this company response to a customer complaint about the increase on Google: "As for the price increase we were notified with such little time that we were unable to get any information out to our customers explaining the increase." This is absolutely the WORST business practice I have EVER heard of! Increasing prices by nearly 11% with no communication to customers? Irresponsible business management. What about people on fixed incomes who might need to shuffle money in order to absorb the monthly increase? On principle, I am switching to a different residential waste removal company. I have used All Waste to haul my garbage for about 27 years. I have found them to be very reliable. Occasionally, there is a driver who puts the dumpster down a few feet from where it was picked up, but overall I have been very happy with their service. I always make sure to have my dumpsters out the night before so I never miss a pick up. If I am outside when the driver comes by they are always friendly and wave. read more
