I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary. Then, about 1/2 hour later, a link to my invoice arrived by text message. A couple of clicks and the invoice (plus generous tip) was paid by credit card. Easy peasy. Highly recommend!!!

On February 11, I was driving on Route 25 in Trumbull, CT along side an All American Waste truck…read morewhen a sheet of ice from a top the vehicle smashed onto my windshield resulting in interior damage to my car. I was extremely shaken up and pulled over to the side of the highway. When I arrived home I immediately call the company to report the incident. The end result is that All American Waste will take no responsibility for the damage to my car even though they broke CT law by not clearing the snow and ice off their truck. Needless to say, I would never choose All American Waste as my refuse company and perhaps you should not either.
