She didn't call to tell me she wasn't coming, she hasn't followed up to reschedule or anything! It's obvious she doesn't value her prospective clients' time or money. I have called several times trying to schedule an assessment. I have spoken with Courtney Sylvester on several occasions, but she doesn't keep her word or promises either. Today I called the main office number, as I forgot it was a holiday and a white male, who I believe was the owner, answered the phone. He was very rude and nasty! He had the audacity to say that I was the problem and not his company for their lack of follow-up, follow-through and overall incompetence. Ugh! I am utterly disgusted.
