This is the worst place ever for trusting with your elders. The staff never shows up. Lie about…read morereasons why, but still reporting in as if they did their regular schedule care, job or whatever you want to call it. They do not clean, help cook, help said patients and charge the patients for taking them or when the help shop for them. They beg for medication. Text the patient instead of calling them when they won't show up but log their hours if so they did. It's friends helping friends with jobs that they will get paid for without working. You get 1 or 2 bad eggs and it Ruins the rest of the workers who actually try. I've made several complaints and instead of the workers getting in trouble. They tell them who is reporting them so the caregiver can go to their house and tell them to stop reporting them. What kind of S**T is that. If you use this place and have the same problems, please speak up. They're suppose to be here for our loved ones, to look after them, not Threaten them. If I have to leave another review, I'm going to be naming names. Phone call reports hasn't worked so far.
