Absolutely worst company. They were set to replace a window, which they had installed. The come with the wrong window, then we have to wait again, take another day off work and when the return for the second time, they again bring the wrong door. They also can't get someone to deal with the issue immediately as their lunches are more important than dealing with their continual incompetence. Best to stay away from them. read more

If there was a zero star rating, I would have used it. All Weather At Home in Edmonton left me extremely disappointed. The installation on my home was shockingly poor and far below what any customer should expect. The seams of the product don't align, with sloppy overlaps that stand out immediately. The caulking looks rushed and uneven--applied without care or precision. What should have been a clean upgrade has instead turned into an embarrassing eyesore. Thirteen windows and three sliding doors now look substandard and unfinished because of careless workmanship. For the amount of money spent, the results are unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this company to think twice. Quality and attention to detail were clearly not a priority in my project. read more

Had a new window installed and the locking mechanism is extremely difficult to engage. Booked technicians to address the issue. They spent 2 1/2 hours trying to make adjustments with no success. Said they would make a note to have the window replaced. No call or follow up. I emailed them in February and still no response. All weather Windows installed all the windows and one backdoor in my house. I paid a considerable amount of money for the installation but in return the final outcome was deplorable. Most of the windows' locks in the house are breaking or tight to close. The backdoor wasn't sealed properly, hence there's a big gap which caused cold air to leak, with ice or snow build up also around the door in wintertime. Very disappointed with All Weather Windows and would not recommend them at all. read more

We had 7 windows installed by All Weather Windows, Calgary in 2013. We are very satisfied with all of them. Unfortunately one window was cracked during installation but was replaced in a timely fashion. We had several windows replaced in 2016 by a company using GENTEK Triple Glaze windows which have proved to be terrible and a big waste of money. They have condensation and sometimes ice in winter and are drafty! The only reason we didn't use the All Weather Windows again was that this company promised equal quality at a slightly lower price. Our home was built with All Weather Windows in 2007 (we are not the original owner, but found the information). We needed a repair as well as some screen replaced, and placed a call for service. Our call was sent to a service tech in Edmonton (we're in Calgary), and he tried to get us service in Calgary, but we never heard from anyone, and it's been more than 4 weeks. Took matters into our own hands. We are about to embark on a renovation, but if this is the type of service we can expect, we will not even consider using All Weather Windows. read more

I had all the windows in my house replaced. The window quality and the removal and installation were excellent. There was an issue with my Bay Window on installation and what has subsequently transpired has been absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional and unbelievable. My windows were replaced about 9 months ago. Since then there have been a stream of service technicians back in to template, install, realize that the part isn't right, template, install, repeat. This has totalled 5 different visits, not including the dates of removal and original installation. I'm starting to lose hope that this project will ever be completed. Overall, I would rate the original install a 5. For everything that followed, I'd rate it a zero. Buyer beware, the after care service of All Weather Windows is deplorable. read more

What was once a very good window manufacturing company has gone down hill. I had 5 windows replaced and all of them had flaws in the glass. One glass pane was changed over 14 times and the last one still has a scratch on the pane. Very poorly made windows that are drafty. Well they sent someone out to look at the windows. He told me to keep the humidity down in the winter, I keep it at 40%, he suggested turning it off altogether. He also said to keep my blinds up. I've since had the rest of my windows replaced by Vinyl window pro. The man from that company told me that my all weather windows will probably last about nine years and then I'll have to have them replaced. They installed the cheapest possible windows. It would have been good if their salesman had originally suggested other options but he didn't. read more

This company is AWFUL!! I had 14 windows replaced in my house a yr and a half ago, and ** 4 ** of them are screwed already. I CANNOT ever get ahold of anyone there and have sent 15 emails since June trying to get someone out to deal with this. Their warranty is for lifetime, but good luck getting any service. They tried to blame "installers" for the problems with my windows however, I reminded them, THEY SUPPLIED WINDOWS AND INSTALLERS, stop trying to screw around with me. It is now September 23, and on Monday I sent another bi-weekly email for follow-up. My recommendation is spend the extra money on a Pella or Geinow windows. ** Update, I have now had to file with provincial small claims court, and am in the process of suing them for my money back ** all 14 windows worth, as I know they are failing too. I contacted the Calgary office several months ago and asked if someone could come out and replace a damaged window. The windows were put in back in 2001. This was not a warranty request as the window was damaged. The person that took my call said they would have to check into when the window was put in.
