Promised to replace it and never did despite multiple follow-up calls. They also never alerted the municipality about an inspection of the final installation, so I had to contact an inspector myself. He classified the work as second-rate and "among the worst he's seen" in his 30 years on the job. I highly recommend other options for anyone considering a waterproofing job of magnitude.

It was dont very poorly the second time. - Areas not painted (raw concrete showing) - Bubbles all over - Tye Dye Effect -some areas have no clear at all I contacted the company, they came out and sanded it and put on a new clear coat -same bubbles , same tye dye effect and still showed raw concrete undermeath I contacted the company, they came out and sanded the "bad" areas and clear coated again - SAME ISSUES Too cold now at this point to redo it. so they just put clear on it one last time just to get by tile spring - now it is super slippery, some spots are done too heavy, some not at all. Company comes back and sands off 20% of the clear with promising to resurface it in the spring. Spring comes - New crew comes back to lightly sand more clear and apply new clear. I said to the crew- so youll see the tye dye effect, raw concrete and bubbles underneath? He said YES. I said well there is no sense in continuing BOSS calls and says he didnt remember the email that he sent stating he would redo it and he cant do ir right away because he has no supplies for it. __ Patio is disarray for 3 months last year, there is NO way i am letting them ruin my summer with a tore up area again. Or letting them on my property because i am positive that they are not capable of fixing it. There crews are terrible. I have a nice polywood patio table, they set their tools on top of it. Spit in my flower bed while talking to me, Bash talk their boss while at a customers home and ruined my edging for my support beams on porch. DO NOT use this company

He was called on the spot and said that he fixed them all last year. Fast forward to my review. now he wants to fix it. I was never happy with the patio (as he states) It bubbled from the start. Then the bubbles peeled. Cant give someone 4 chances to fix a patio. How long have you been in business?? Should have fixed it the second time. Should have fired the crew that spit all over my landscaping and ruined the edging to my support beams. Also states he "HAS ADHD - Hands in air" and cant remember what he was even there to do.

That area is part of my property. You had 3 guys working and none of them took care of that area. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. No complaints about the mowing.... but the workers only mowed along the outside of my fence going up Hoffer Road and did NOTHING with the area outside the fence in the front of fence. It's very high and there is an area in front of the fence that the grass is almost over 3 feet high. Next mowing can the guys mow down ... all the way down ... that area for safety reasons alone and snakes. THANKS

I am away in FL for a work trip and my fiancé made plans to leave work to get to this appointment for a very important matter to address the water and existing system that is in the basement. We got the approval from the seller to setup this appointment and both my dad and my fiancé's dad also traveled to be there as well with our realtor. I cannot believe no one showed up and no one even had the decency to call. To be a No Call No Show is just ridiculous. Lowest of low for a business in my opinion. Wouldn't recommend at all as this is just a baseline and common courtesy for any business, but to put us in this position for a house under contract is just insane.

Original comments: I would have to say use a different company. The salesman Chris was very friendly. He took time going over the job and explained everything well. This was the end of everything nice. First day of job company arrived around 10A and only worked until 3pm. It was supposed to be a 1 day job. The first thing the worker informed me was he never cut a hole in a wall which was supposed to be cut for better access into my crawl space. After 45 minutes he informed me he didn't have the right attachment but, they would finish the rest of the work. The workmanship was terrible. They never put down anything to protect my hardwood floors. The tape job of the layment had holes in it. It was not level and looked just thrown up. They left around 3pm and never cleaned anything. We had to clean up our hallway. I had to contact the owner who told me they would be out the next day and take care of it. They did arrive the next day and did fix all the poor workmanship but, why was it done poorly to begin with? They did not want to dig up the yard so they tied the pipe into my downspout. The salesman told me they don't do that but worker told me salesman doesn't know anything. We saved money there so that wasn't bad. Company then wanted a review to be done after they fixed everything and forced made my fiancé uncomfortable and she felt obligated to write it while they were standing there. Talk about a poor way to do business. You want an honest review here it is. So end of day 2 still no hole cut in wall had to wait again for a 3rd day. Poor communication with company and they couldn't get me scheduled. In the meantime they had no problem sending me the bill. Which we refused to pay until the work was complete. Finally after a week and a half company arrived to finish cutting hole. I was told by the sales guy they would cut down 16 inch. Guy cutting hole said they couldn't do it that far in his professional opinion due to integrity and water coming in. We agreed on smaller hole. He again told me sales guys just sell stuff they don't know. They did take $100 off again which was good. Very frustrating getting work done by a company that promises things then does them poor.. fixes and then complains about the sales people. Like I said in beginning find another company and save the headache.
