It was a no brainer! Their products have constantly been changing and improving. This time around I am even more happier with what I got. The grass has a real look and feel to it. It even has dry grass fibers to make it look as realistic as possible. Plus it is soft on my feet. Even though we installed it on concrete this time around (which I was really skeptical about), I cannot tell the difference because of the Enkadrain that Synlawn provided as a drainage cushion below it and plus the grass is really bounce. Great product!! And their customer service is great, pre and even post sales. Paula helped me pick the right grass and products to go with it, both times, after understanding my needs and situation thoroughly. When I needed extra infill after almost a year of installing the turf, she promptly responded and sent me ideas to maintain the grass beautifully as well. You cannot go wrong with this company!

Tried calling, receptionist states that they'll tell the next available person to give me a call. They never do. I emailed them, they respond with statements that do not lead to any type of resolution to this situation, such as "Just wanted to reach out, because we are unsure how the roots are growing under the turf. We did install a weed-blocker on top of the dirt." I finally managed to get someone on the line, they say they'll charge a $2800 fee to investigate the matter and fix it IF it's possible (I didn't see this anywhere in the warranty paperwork by the way). If it's a root issue, they can't remove it and leave you SOL. As professional as this company may seem, they don't want to help you without extra charge afterwards. Go with someone else that would.
