Has cancelled on me 4 times already, always with an excuse. When his guys showed up originally, they came late (noon both times). Didn't clean up properly (I had to clean their mess-and that was after buying them lunch and $300 in tips). A real contractor would have been here the next day, no matter what, to fix HIS mistake. In our area, the landscaping business is rife with high turnover rates, where most homeowners…read morechange their landscaper every year or two. Only a few homes have had the same landscaping company for more than five years. And that is just the nature of the business, and it's true for many other companies that provide home-related services. We read about David and Greenscapes on another platform where he had received several stellar reviews. We were not happy with our previous two landscaping companies, one of whom still does almost all the homes on our block, for very low prices. But they were not careful while landscaping around our house and we were tired of constant calls telling them about their reckless employees. Or even during fall cleanup when they would bring the neighbor's leaves onto our property, which included plastic bottles and even pieces of litter. Enter David and Greenscapes. We contacted him on Monday, showed him our property on Tuesday, and on Wednesday he brought his crew to do our spring cleanup. His crew made the extra effort over and over again, picking up that one extra stick, pushing the leaves just a little farther than before, and made sure everything was as perfect as possible when they were done. We hope that Greenscapes and David will disrupt the landscapaing industry in our area in a good way. Where prices are reasonable, his work is superior, and his amicable attitude lets you converse with him in a way where both parties achieve a common goal.
