After having traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, I let a number of years go by before seeing a dentist. His staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists. His dental hygienist Michelle is awesome, thorough, detail oriented and really gets my mouth super clean. Dr Cingel himself is straight up AWESOME! Not only did he help me get my mouth back into shape, he also did an incredible job fixing a cosmetic issue on my front tooth making it look better than it ever looked before. For the first time in years, I smile with my teeth showing. I love Dr Cingel so much, I made it a family affair and he now also treats my son. Because of his wife's self centered and uncaring demeanor, she insulted me and my wife, accused me of being rude to her, even though I tried to explain my concern, all she wanted to do was dismiss me, and she removed me mid treatment because I had a question about my insurance. Unfortunately for Dr Ohkawa she runs his office, my advise to any and all is to be aware of her unprofessional, uncaring and very disturbing treatment of patients, I had heard this from others that they stopped going there because of her, I disputed what I was hearing from those people, I would always speak very highly of the Dr and his dental staff. He listened to my wife in great detail, she is experiencing severe facial pain and has not found relief from several other doctors. He has followed up with her to check on her well being and the effects of his care. We trust Dr. Zeines to help my wife as much as any dentist can. He also is very knowledgeable and not afraid to think outside the box when the common answers are not working for someones care. I called Dr. Sutherland's office and they were able to fit me in today! The doctor was thorough, checking my dental history and general health profile. Then he proceeded to re-cement my crown. He was professional but also friendly and interactive. So was the rest of the staff. I felt immediately comfortable when I met him. (I am dental phobic.) They charged a reasonable amount for the work and I am able to resume my vacation. I really appreciate be treated with courtesy and humor. I highly recommend this practice.

My former…read moredentist, Aspen Dental, refused to give me a referral so I could see a oral surgeon for removal, leaving me in great pain and unable to eat any solid food. I tried for days to get in to any dentist and hit a brick wall at every turn. I called Walton Dental on Friday and explained the situation and although full, they graciously squeezed me in. They were so incredibly kind and understanding and made sure I was taken care of and followed up to make sure the referral went through! They are AMAZING!!!!!
