After having traumatic experiences with dentists in the past, I let a number of years go by before seeing a dentist. His staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly. When I was calling to make my appointments my calls were met by compassionate and friendly receptionists. His dental hygienist Michelle is awesome, thorough, detail oriented and really gets my mouth super clean. Dr Cingel himself is straight up AWESOME! Not only did he help me get my mouth back into shape, he also did an incredible job fixing a cosmetic issue on my front tooth making it look better than it ever looked before. For the first time in years, I smile with my teeth showing. I love Dr Cingel so much, I made it a family affair and he now also treats my son. I do not know where to begin. I hate dentist visits, for that I haven't seen a dentist in years. So…read morelet me tell you when I first came in, my teeth were in bad shape. I had a few cavities, I needed 2 root canals, and a shattered tooth. First visit... Dr K introduced herself, and we spoke. She's funny and witty, but made me feel comfortable. She mentioned all the things that is wrong with my teeth, and even mentioned solutions. Most dentists in the past would just scold me to death, for not keeping up with my dental visits. But she was like "this is what's wrong with your teeth, I'm concerned about this shattered tooth, but we're gonna fight for it". First of all, there was really nothing there left, and any other dentist would've just extracted it and call it a day. But Dr. K cares about how it looks, so she was willing to try her best in working with it and getting a crown. Second visit... Dr K gets in there fills the cavities, and put temporary filling on the shattered tooth so it can protect it. She recommends a root canal. Third visit... I get a cleaning. Fourth visit... A specialist comes in and does a root canal. Fifth Visit... Dr K does another root canal on the shattered tooth. Sixth visit... I get fitted for crown and put temporaries in. Last and final visit... I get my permanent crowns. In and out within 35 minutes. Dr K and her team were so attentive to my oral needs and they made sure my teeth are back to pristine condition. Mind you all of these visits happened within 2 months, which is crazy cause I've never had this much personal interest medically before. They were quick to call me as soon as an opening was available. And because of that I was able to get my teeth fixed. Thank you Dr K for your wonderful work and personal interest. This is the worst dental practice I have ever been to. It's all about money, money, money here…read more I paid over $1,500 for 2 simple fillings, and that's after many preliminary visits for the same 2 fillings. When I balked about the high cost, the dentist actually said that I had to pay for "chair time"! WTF?? The final straw came when I suggested having a small, removable partial made for a lower missing tooth. They took impressions, yet never asked me to look at the color of the tooth replacement for my approval. Sure enough, when I returned to have the partial fitted, not only did it not fit properly at all, but the color was way off! This partial was to cost me another $3,500, but I refused to accept it after the bungling dentist here could not get it to fit me. I also asked why they had never conferred with me about the color. After muttering amongst themselves for awhile in the back, the front desk woman came back and said "We'll call you"...which was their snarky way of telling me that unless I accepted this $ub-quality dental appliance, they don't want me as a patient anymore. So, I'm out $1,500 and need to find a new dentist just to fix the botched-up mess they made in my mouth. Keep your mouth and your wallet shut tight and look for a different dental practice than this scam outfit.
