    I have never dealt with such a bad company, I now know why the last review on yelp was so bad,…read moreDrummond miller are robbers as we left the property in mint condition.The landlord had put the house up for sales and its on the market already just as we have left it. when we asked for our deposit back they told us that £900 of damage was done i asked what damage? there is no damage, the house is on the espc for sale! Jillian Rutter said the following dirty windows, overgrow hedge when we had no hedges, marks on walls, mould on silicon around bath, Dirty house. I dealt with Jillian Rutter who couldnt care about anybody and had no customer service skills, her boss Fiona Moore who is the partner has never called us back to sort out the issues. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE COWBOYS. The issue is now in the hands of letting protection service scotland and we will get our £900 deposit back.

Slow to fix issues, appear not to conduct any cleaning between…read moretenancies and will attempt to claim the tenants' full deposit to cover the wear and tear they allow to accumulate over time in poorly maintained properties. Refuse to communicate issues in any detail forcing use of the 3rd party adjudication scheme meaning long delays and extra work required for deposit return. These actions also presumably result in a hefty maintainance bill for the landlord for issues that should have been kept on top of when they inevitably fail to claim the tenants' money! Avoid.
