Twice when I made a booking, arrived on time to be told that they had taken a walk-in and to make another booking and the second time to come back in half-an-hour when I booked during my 45 minute lunch break. That should have been a red flag for the discovery after I left that he'd cut off TWO INCHES of my now medium-length hair, Or about 3 years worth. Hairdressers who do what THEY want instead of their clients should be court-martialled and have their licenses revoked. You've been warned. After doing a lot of research and reading some reviews on FB about this salon I decided to give the Shiseido Crystallizing Treatment a go, for permanently straight hair. Now granted, I have really thick hair and I heard this really straightens your hair, so it also indubitably thins it out. I told my stylist my hair history so she wouldnt overprocess my hair and see if or was still safe for me to do, and it was. The process can take up to 6 hrs. I have chin length hair and I was still there for 3.5 hrs, so don't be in a rush. I even got a slight trim for any dead ends. It was super straight when I walked out. Took my stylist about 10 mins to blowdry it. You can't wash your hair or really sweat (workout) for 3 days. After that you can wash it. I waited a week to leave a review to see how I felt about my hair. I honestly love it. I have cut my hairstyling time down by over an hour. I haven't tried to curl it, but I like an edgy, sharp look for my hair, so I really don't mind. It's healthy, has nice shine with a quick straighten and it's not damaged. My stylist even gave be card with a discount for my next treatment. I'd definitely recommend this salon and this treatment. It's gonna save my life and hair over the summer!
