They even helped me put flashing between the addition roof and the deck cover, and trim coil around the deck cover (which was outside the scope of the quoted work). Every time I look at it I am astounded at how well it turned out, considering what they had to work with. Had empty water bottles and trash on the property but at the end of the job cleaned the property ok Have since seen the exhaust fan in the roof was not put back on properly. My husband had to go on the roof and fix it. Additionally we had a leak and stain on the ceiling. After contact the owner said he'd send someone. Several days later a Spanish speaking young man came to the door. Couldn't understand much. I asked to have him look at the inside damage. He was hesitant. Ryan advised me that he saw enough hail damage to file an insurance claim for total replacement ($14,000) but that if it was denied, he could fix a bunch of "trouble spots" for about $2500. Hmmm! In addition, I grew suspect because they appear so new that they don't show up on Google with an office location and NO Google reviews. Just a website. Their only Yelp review is from someone in California who is probably a "hired' review (how would a Californian know about a SC roofer). Also a little suspicious.
