So I made the dreaded call to Ellison plumbing for solutions. They referred a leak detection team found and repaired the leak. This mind you is not a inexpensive repair however it was fair and reasonable and the work performed professionally. I highly recommend them for service.

Once the leak was finally found (that's a whole other story, and was NOT the fault of Ellison Plumbing), Blake's guys replaced the busted pipe and poured concrete back over the holes in a timely manner. Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient! After getting quotes from a handful of companies, as well as looking over reviews of all companies, I'm so glad we chose Ellison Plumbing! Not only do they have outstanding customer service, they won't break the bank like a lot of other places. We will definitely recommend Ellison Plumbing every chance we get, and will absolutely use them again if we have other plumbing issues.

The last experience was very bad. I ordered leak detection. Cost was $300. They found the leak. I paid to have it repaired $1500. However, the plumbers caped the wrong line and I still had a leak. I called and they suggested that it was a new leak and that I should replumb the entire house, which would cost over $10,000. I called American leak detection, they charged $300 to come out and found the original leak still running. I paid them $2000 to repair it. I did call Roto Rooter and they admitted the mistake and refunded the $1500. They did not refund the leak detection (so I ended up paying 2 companies for that) In the end. The leak was fixed, however, Roto -Rooter capped the line to my sinks and I had to pay another plumber $650 to make the repair from their error. I have had a rough couple of months with the water but hopefully things are all better now. It was a very bad experince and it could have costed me much much money if I would have taken thier advice.

Another extremely popular plumbing company local to my service area never even returned the call. Their prices are in line with other plumbing companies, so I consider them a good value, especially when you consider their communication and professionalism. Shoutout to Garrett who has serviced us twice!

Called about AC not working they came out, found out what was wrong quoted what i thought was a high price. I called company to complain and got the run around, someone would call me back, no luck pictures show thier claim free estimates. When I called, I was astounded that the owner was mocking me like a third grader. Then they finally sent a technician who wasn't here 5 minutes before inexplicably blowing up and storming off. At that point, I wasn't even being a Karen of any sort since I believed they would fix it. Also, when they sold me the system, I was told that the attic hoard left by the previous owner would need be removed but they had a team for that and he'd have to check with his boss but it was mostly likely included in my quote. It took their crew about 20 minutes to empty the attic (on my lawn!) and then they tried to send me a separate bill for $800 for the 20 minutes of labor.I am a senior on a limited income and would never have agreed to nor contracted this since I am not in a place to pay for unskilled labor at that high of a rate. I went all summer with no AC even though I had already paid for this system. I had to get Alabama Power involved since they financed it. The other owner finally came out and shook his head at the shit install and promised to make it right. Never heard from him again. I cant even use the system and employ fans and space heaters instead. The ductwork leaks into my kitchen ceiling, and the system shorts out. My excellent credit rating be damned, but I never paid. penny on it because it isn't working. Last I heard, it was going through the attorney general. Absolute rip off and they refuse to stand behind their contract at all, and worst of all, the owner has the temper of a toddler.
