Woke up early in the morning to my attic water heater severely leaking water into the ceiling and adjacent walls. A total nightmare. I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did. Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation. As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically. read more

I have had a lot of toilets replaced in my lifetime as I manage a lot of properties. Their pricing was high, and it didn't include taking the toilet away. They left it in the backyard. I would not recommend this company. read more

Some techs are knowledgeable. If they can't solder they use a bandaid on it and you will have another leak. Had my main line from the meter to the home installed and they didn't change the check value on my side and it leaked bad. The owner said he doesn't feel responsible for a $300 water bill. That will be the last time I use them. Even the tech that fixed their mistake said the other tech should have replaced the value or at least put new seals in it. Want use them anymore, the owner doesn't care about responsibility. read more

So much can change in three years. A very sloppy repair was made to a water line and toilet was not correctly set I asked for a new quote to come back and fix this. I never received any communication after this. This house is in the first stages of renovation but to leave it like this was not appropriate. The cost for one pecks pipe and reset the toilet incorrectly was too high yet my son paid for this. So Incorrect that it was unusable. We found another company. They came out repaired the toilet so it is no rocking and fixed the water line. I just can't understand how this all went south and no response. read more

A water line outside our house busted. We knew we had a leak close to our house because we saw the wet spot in our yard plus our water bill almost quadrupled. The plumber was thorough and found and additional leak by the water main on the water company's side as well. They responded to my message through Yelp within 5 minutes and because it wasn't an emergency and I contacted them Friday evening, I was ok with them waiting until the following week to come out. The pipe was repaired by lunch on Monday. The guy that came out was friendly and professional. They were much more reasonably priced than the other quotes we got as well. read more

Had a plumbing issue at a rental house. I looked on yelp and called EZ flow. The dispatcher said someone would call me back in just a few to go over what I needed. Within 5 minutes I got a call back. I had a Shutoff valve under a kitchen sink leaking heavily as well as the kitchen faucet was dripping badly. He reviewed the details of what I needed and said they had a crew they could send out right then for 200 dollars even. Within an hour and a half...I got a call the job was done. He reminded me if I had any issues with the repair within 30 days they would come back and fix it free. The bill was exactly what they said it would be. Customer service 5 stars ......the plumber and appointment scheduler has excellent customer service but when it comes to communicating with each other and knowledgeable of work 1 star . They made me miss a whole day of work without pay because they didn't communicate the plumber came and didn't even Know what he was coming to do so therefore he wasnt prepared and they wanted to go up on the price after they have already quoted and emailed me a price . Water bill took a huge jump since about March. This used to be a good trustworthy company when Jamie had it. He no longer has it. They were supposed to be here at 8:30 AM. No show, nobody in the office, so I call cell phone. He had an emergency, and was knee deep in mud, would be here in 2-3 hours. Well, was after 2pm before they showed. He checked for leak, couldn't find one. Walked into water heater closet, seen it was about 12 years old. Pulled the safety release valve, walked outside, and showed me "water" coming from the pipe. Said "this is where your leak is lady". I was told later, by several male friends water is SUPPOSED to come out of that pipe, when you pulled that valve! Wanted to sell me a $950 water heater. I put a cup under that pipe outside, right after they left. The next day, one little drop was in the cup. Day after nothing, was in the cup. I have hot water, and have always had hot water. One drop, will not make my water bill go up $10 a month. I don't deal with people who want to scam you into buying a $950 water heater. Will certainly find a new plumber. Hate Jamie sold the company to them, he didn't lie to get your business. read more

I'm really pleased that I found EZ-Flow in my neighborhood! I was dealing with a relatively minor issue, a dripping bath tub faucet that had become a major annoyance, but which I couldn't fix myself for I had neither the tools nor the know-how. EZ-Flow sent a very nice young service technician out to my house which is over 60 years old with fixtures that date back to probably the time the home was constructed. I was amazed that the technician was knowledgeable enough to not only quickly fix the problem, but to also know where to obtain the exact same faucets that were no longer available on the market. I know because I went to Lowe's myself to look for them. - Being an older widowed lady, I'm always leery about getting taken advantage of, but the cost of the repair and parts were absolutely reasonable and fair. Donna at the office was precious and quick to respond when I had questions or concerns about the job. I will definitely keep the company in mind for any plumbing issues I may have in the future, and I would gladly recommend them with a well deserved thumbs up. read more

Amazed. Fast, friendly service. We had a full house clog snaked a week ago. That was a Sunday night and the service was cheaper than I expected. I really don't thing they charged for off hours. Nothing came out on the end of the snake, so we knew that roots or whatever the problem was might return ... in which event we were prepared to pay for the camera snake. It did happen again today. I am very frustrated with this company. They came out Monday to find a leak that was probably overlooked by their technician on another leak on Friday. They informed me it would be a three hour job and they could be here Tuesday morning. On Tuesday after waiting for about 3 hours we were told we would be first on the list for Wednesday morning, at 9:00 Wednesday morning we were told that it would be at least 3 hours later. I never received a phone call from them, I had to initiate all communication. I will never use this company. read more

We called for an appointment on Thursday night because they are "open 24 hours" and we were told to call in the morning. We called at 7:45am on Friday morning and explained that we had important plans at noon that we couldn't break so we needed someone ASAP. We were told that someone would be there by 10am. At 10:45 we called again and the office manager told us the technician would be calling us soon. At 11:30 the technician called and said he could be there at 1pm. We told him it wouldn't work out, and he said we had to call the office to reschedule. We called the office manager AGAIN and she assured us that someone would be at our house at 8am Saturday morning (today). No one showed so at 9:30am we called the office again. The office manager (a different one this time) said he'd call the technician to see where he is. At 10:08am the technician calls my husband and says there's a miscommunication because everyone's schedule is booked up today, so we'd have to wait until Monday. They pushed us off for TWO DAYS and yet still spent 5 minutes trying to convince my husband to keep an appointment for Monday.
