We contacted Michael at Allegiance Junk Removal on a Saturday for a last-minute storage unit clean out of some rusted weight parts and other items. They do not work on Sundays--but called and texted anyway to confirm our meeting time at an Extra Space on Monday. He and Mason arrived promptly on Monday with their truck and trailer and promptly proceeded to remove and unload all of our unwanted items, which stuffed their trailer. I am very disappointed. I was talking with Augustine two days ago. I asked him about the services they provide. He explained it to me that minimum it would be $100 charge if I filled up their truck and the quantity of a pick up truck. If it was going to fill up potentially three pick up trucks I can go 350 or higher. I scheduled the appointment for today at 5:30 PM. He then decides to call me and tell me I have to reschedule because they don't work past five. He then agrees to five. I have my husband rearrange his schedule to leave early from work to accommodate this. An hour later Augustine called me and says now he can't until four. I am again accommodate this abrupt change. He arrives in my home and tells me that the hundred dollars was only if I had a bulk item. That my load, which would fill up maybe one pick up truck, would cost over $450!!!! Are you kidding me!!!! I know what I heard and what he told me. Not organized or knowledgeable in their own business. Then tries to bate me with $100 possible charge. A representative replied quickly via yelp and indicated the removal of a bathroom remodel construction debris would cost between $85-$100 which was within our budget. They indicated they could come within two days and while on site, notified my husband it would actually cost $350 to remove everything. Ultimately, we had them only remove $100 worth of items which was a vanity, a toilet and half a bathtub. Yes, you read that right. Only half a bathtub.
