Buyer Beware - Get Everything in Writing I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before hiring this company. Based on my experience I would not hire them again for any job. EVER !! If you consider using them get a detailed written estimate upfront that clearly outlines the full job scope and exactly what they are hired to do. Additional charges were added later for items like paint buckets and tires which were not disclosed during the initial walkthrough or estimate discussion. If you hire them ask for everything in writing--pricing disposal & scope--before any work begins. Thankfully I recorded a video walkthrough of the home with Tibor and saved the audio which helped document what was discussed. Also while I was at the property Tibor showed up unannounced to use our dumpster to dump trash from another job. The audio was recorded on my cars camera. Instead of addressing the concerns raised, he attempts to discredit the reviewer shifts blame and minimizes responsibility. The response includes gaslighting language by denying involvement rewriting events and implying fault lies with others while also making personal and demeaning remarks. Overall the reply escalates the situation rather than resolving it and reflects poor communication and conflict handling practices. read more

So my wife and I are moving to Texas and decided to have a garage sale with all the stuff that we are not taking with us , long story short only 4 people showed up and we had hole living room in our driveway , Called Rocky's and they were there in a couple of hours and took EVERYTHING , very friendly and courteous , would use again but I'll be in TEXAS !!! read more

We had some old furniture we wanted to toss and he offered to haul an old couch for $40. My husband figured he'd do it himself but ended up never getting around to it . The weekend came and I was insistent that the couch be removed so he called Rocky and asked him to come take it away. Along with a full size mattress. The full size mattress raised the price to $200. We declined. Then decided on just removing the couch for the $40. He came and removed it but also decided to pick up and take an electric mouse/ rodent zapper that we'd set out near the trash in case anything was attracted to the debris. It cost about $50 and yes it's not a fortune but I found it to be unprofessional for him to take it and I'd clearly misjudged what I thought was an upstanding honest likable guy. He's hardworking and will show up on short notice he will negotiate the price with you so those are all positives but the rat trap thing Pi$$ed me off and prevented us from hiring him again read more
