If you had only spent this amount of time to help me as a client we would have never been here in the first place. The truth of the matter is that you deal with people on daily basis and that requires certain qualities like social skills, empathy, compassion, understanding. You have only proved so far that you lack all of them and most importantly decency. Please understand that receiving negative reviews is only a result of you ignoring and disrespecting customers in the first place and they are using this as a last resort . An outlet like Yelp is holding you accountable. If you had only responded to my phone calls or emails as a mature adult we would've resolved our differences. They were not up to my standards. I also had a stroke. They manage my property. I was in hospital and couldn't get back with them. They charged me a fortune for installing new carpet without my approval. Carpet install is hardly an emergency. I had many other bad experiences. I'm glad I got rid of them. This management group is one of the worst I have had in my experience of renting properties. They do not help the tenants residing in the properties. They rob peoples monies with their late fees, their posting fees, etc. Most days they take days to respond to your calls or texts and when asking to meet with them in the office about important matters they decline or ignore you. I have been very pleased with the property management service I have received from Maria N., currently as the owner of Allegiant Management Group (AMG) and previously as a broker with Advanced Management Specialists (AMS). I have two rental houses in the Orlando area, and I live in the Washington, DC area. So, I have depended on Maria exclusively manage these properties for me since 2006. This has included tenant selection, semi-annual house inspections, maintenance (I've had my share!), rent collection and direct disbursement into my checking account. Since I have been a landlord from a distance, I feel that Maria has often provided me some extra attention to accommodate this, keeping me well informed but without having me worried about being involved with the details. On the tenant's side, Maria has always been very responsive and attentive to their needs, treating them as true customers and conducting herself in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. Maria has established at AMG a portal, where tenants can set up their online accounts with AMG, giving them the ability to pay their rent online and submit any maintenance requests so that the proper vendors could be dispatched promptly. I can offer an unqualified recommendation of AMG to anyone who requires property management services. read more

I never write reviews but I am over our property manager. We have been renting a property managed by Allegiant Management Group since January 2016 and I have never worked with such an unprofessional property manager. Just to rent the place my husband and I left several voicemails/emails and didn't hear back from him, that should've been a sign! We randomly dialed extensions until someone else answered and this other person handled EVERYTHING! So many things were going wrong with the house (especially the fact that it was infested with roaches!) and from our first inspection he noted a leak in the garage that 2 and a half years later is still there. Once we notified him of the infestation he said that they couldn't do anything and while pest control was never part of the initial lease the second lease magically had that pest control clause that stated it was on us. We asked about the thermostat and the fact it didn't go below 74 degrees and he said that the owner locked it to prevent damage now 2 years later because we called him out he didn't know about it. Everything he noted on inspections didn't get fixed "because of the owner" but he never communicated to us the reason for the delay. He is horrible communicating and I feel beyond disrespected by him. He basically said to not renew the lease because we kept asking about our living and dining room lights that have not worked for a month and they just cancelled my ticket and opened another one without follow up. He was not only lying to our faces because somebody else was copied on the email, but just said that we do not have to renew the lease. We have called this townhouse home for the past 2 and a half years, we always pay our rent on time, we pay for pest control because they gave us not only a dirty and nasty house but one infested with roaches, we brought our twin babies here from the Hospital and this is the only place they know as home. We maintain it because it is our home and I find his response insulting and disrespectful. If you are in the Kissimmee area DO NOT RENT from these people. read more
