The hall bathroom had a clogged shower drain so water would back up every time you showered. All the windows on the first floor were unlocked when we arrived and I had to put the kitchen window back on track in order to get it locked. The handle on the microwave was broken and there was hair everywhere in the living room. Needless to say we will not be using Florida Leisure again.

I will not be able to recommend this management company to anyone in the future…read more I engaged Peggy for tenant placement services based on a referral from my agent, who assisted me in purchasing my first investment property in Orlando, as I reside out of state. My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

Nicely decorated office in a large building. They manage several different properties. I have had to deal with them on several occasions for situations in my development, their accounting practices and other home owner concerns. For the most part, the situations are eventually handled, maybe not so much in a timely fashion but they are handled. Just need to keep on top of them for follow through.

I love (sarcasm) that we are spending HOA dollars on frivolous attorneys! I owed American Property Management NOTHING AT ALL. When I called "Ron" to let him know I had made a mistake, he blatantly lied and said that I owed that amount from TEN YEARS ago.. and he wasnt going to return it.

This was not an isolated incident--it became the norm. Realty Medics charged $1,050 for an evaporator coil cleaning, yet the A/C failed again within a few weeks. A new property manager later found a contractor quoting $795 for the same work. The deeper problem is structural: all maintenance is routed through Realty Medics' internal process, while the original contractor's information is not disclosed. In my experience, this resulted in repeated failures, higher charges, and no lasting solution. Property owners should have access to vendor information, warranty records, itemized invoices, and independent estimates.

I declined and reached out to Airbnb. they in turn cancelled my reservation. I have tried contacting Geena 5 times since working with Airbnb to cancel for the remaining refund she owes me. This is for payment that was due at booking for a "Tourist tax" and for paying to have the pool heater functional during our visit. She has not responded and now has blocked me from emailing directly. Do not recommend doing business with them. I should have followed my gut to begin with when she asked for the tourist tax upon booking with her. My reservation was booked one and a half years in advance.
