My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. I have unfortunately expended my time and resources by placing my trust in a central Florida management company that proved to be untrustworthy.

She has not responded and now has blocked me from emailing directly. Do not recommend doing business with them. I should have followed my gut to begin with when she asked for the tourist tax upon booking with her. My reservation was booked one and a half years in advance.
