My daughter hired this vendor to help with setup/tear down of the reception site so family members would not have to stay and do this, however we had 8 family members tearing down tables/chairs, cleaning the kitchen, packing away table settings etc. Carissa only had 2 staff members there and they placed rental linens into garbage bags, when they were brought there in boxes, and these bags were thrown away; they told no one what they had done. We had to pay the rental company over $1400 to replace the discarded rental items/linens and Carissa/staff have taken NO responsibility or accountability for this. She has NOT returned emails to the bride or brides mother and she has NOT EVEN OFFERED AN APOLOGY FOR THIS!!!!!! What a way to run a business where your customer is a new bride and your business is to make their day special! This just ruined a wonderful day, one where the bride was called on her honeymoon to look into this issue once we discovered linens were missing. Horrible business sense and very, very unprofessional!!!!
