The wait times are minimal considering what they are nationally, the hold times on the phone are also minimal, and I have never had them turn me away at the door if I didn't have an appointment. They only question what my business is, help me log in, get a number and wait. Even then, the longest I've ever waited was 20 minutes without an appointment. They have a fantastic attitude, and even when it's been difficult for me, they've been nothing but awesome. The things they do at that office are life changing for those of us on this side of social security. Thank you CR office for being as great as you are.
