They wrote a policy for an investment property I had and I never had coverage from day one because they wrote it as a primary residence. I had a break in and they stole everything including the kitchen cabinets. I lost at least 20k not including my labor, YEARS of premiums I paid for insurance I never really had. I should have sued them!! They are completely INCOMPETENT! Their excuse was "It says right in the fine print that it must be your primary residence". Do you rely on your agent to make sure you are properly covered? I do too!!!
