I had been working with another company and had disastrous results (if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is). My realtor, Melissa Wade, recommended I reach out to Diane to see if there was a anything she could do. Unfortunately, she tried to save that deal for me but was unable to. After a few months, at the urging of Melissa, I very hesitantly reached out to try again. Melissa assured me that Diane had a reputation to uphold, would tell me like it is and would not sugarcoat anything. So I tried again. The process was easy, even with my busy schedule as a full time single mom to 4, that also has a full time job, and volunteers in my "spare" time. I was able to complete all documents online and either fax or email them in. I was also given the option to sit down with Diane, either in her Kettering or Springboro office, to go over paperwork to make sure I understood all of it. Both Diane and Amy are kind and available for questions through several options, giving you honest and easy to understand answers. I will recommend them ANY time. They have good locations and generous lobby hours. Outside of peak hours, getting to a teller is a snap. The website is always up and the app is great. It might be easier to list things I don't care for, and cause me to issue a 4 star rating in lieu of 5. I'm not going to hold them accountable for things out of their control, like incredibly low interest rates. That's unfair. I shall list gripes, and note, these gripes are trivial. WPCU causes a lot of junk mail to land in my mailbox. They send me a lot of special offers. I want no special offers. I don't want them to mine my data and sell my information for marketing purposes. They do, and garbage gets sent to me. Luckily my garbage bin is on a straight line from my mailbox to my door. The online bill pay mechanism leaves quite a lot to be desired. The only time I've been late on a bill was when I attempted to set up bill pay with the Water Dept. I failed to do so. I'm sure it was user error. However, I consider myself pretty technically oriented with good reading comprehension skills, so, maybe their GUI and instructions are lacking. I solved my bill pay issues with an open source Password Safe coded by Bruce Schneier, a text checklist, and bookmarks.
