I came in on a random morning and I wanted to deposit some cash. I went up to the drive thru and the ATP was out of service. I had to park and get out and I tried to use the ATP inside, it wasn't accepting my pin. For some reason, maybe I forgot it? (It's a new account so don't judge me.) Meanwhile, this bank had maybe three customers inside it, tops. I gave the attendant my ID and debit card and I tried many pins about 6 times before I realized 'Ok' now I really need help. Then the manager helped me reset my pin, offered me a credit card, and only then was a I finally able to make my deposit. (It was literally only like a $28 deposit )

Then I'm told that they have to do their due diligence and need a manager approval for them to issue the cashiers check. I told the incompetent teller to give me my license and debit card back and that took another 5 minutes. I asked for the withdrawal slip and she ripped it in front of me and said it was the bank's property and that I couldn't take that slip out of the bank. In total I was there for like 30 minutes and left without my cashiers check and annoyed at their horrible and slow customer service. PNC should fire all of those people that work at that branch. The check went to deposit today and she can't verify , even gave the date , the amount and the same signature as the previous one wrote it . the system is so outdated. They can't keep track with Bank of America or Chase . And Sabrina, The teller has such a freaking attitude. Can't even verify a check that they had recently cleared. Your system can't even verify a check that they had previous Clear.
