I was told I was but because my Mother was so sick, I never followed up. When it came time to renew, I called the broker to see if there were any discounts I could get only to be told, I was not on the policy and the woman who handled my account was no longer with the company. I was a mess. Long story short - I found Brandon in a Facebook group - and out of all the new agents I spoke to, he really took his time to explain all costs and line items to me. He spent several phone calls going over everything with me to ensure I was comfortable with my new policy and as an added bonus, he helped me to get most of the money back that I had paid for the previous policy. It was actually never mine - and I should have had it rebated - but the original agent told me this was impossible to do.
