The big guys either didn't want to mess with the problem or immediately pointed the finger at the wastewater company and said that I'd probably have to dig up my sewer line since my property was older. The technician came out and cleaned out 4 large bunches of tree roots and the water immediately started draining. I found AAA Ace Drain Cleaning online with great reviews. He came out three hours later. It was quite a struggle because there was mortar that had been dumped in the drain and clogged the P-trap.
