No response. 8 days go by, I call, no answer, then leave a message, no response. I even texted him since he was communicating to me about scheduling the bid through texting, no response. 10 days go by, I call one last final time, and they actually took my phone call. Asked if I would ever hear back about the bid. He told me he'll give me a call back. He texted me a few hours later saying he is too busy and to find someone else. It's inconsiderate, because if that was the case he could've communicated that to me much sooner without me having to pester him, or at the very least called me back and let me know the situation. Guy quotes me $1200, so I tell him I've received five other quotes, all under $500 and all including a three year no loss grow back guarantee and ask him what his includes. He says "you just want moss removed and no pressure wash I can make it $800". I said no, that's not what I want, I want to understand why your quote is two to three times the other five quotes I've received and I want to understand what it includes and he just repeated $1200 or $800 no pressure wash. I've had quotes to wash and paint both roofs for $2000 including paint. I have a 3rd roof (A huge shop, larger than the other 2 roofs.) We paid $2500 (labor) to replace that roof a month ago. I wouldn't recommend even getting a bid. It was a waste of time.
