Darrell gave me 2 quotes, one to simply satisfy the HOA, and the second to fill all the cracks from the house settling, power wash, prime and paint the entire house. This is an investment rental property and I hadn't been to the house in a while, and when selecting the colors from the HOA approved color palettes, I picked the wrong one. I didn't want to change the color, so I sent him all of the palettes, and he did a BEAUTIFUL job - I had selected the higher quote so that I don't have to redo it for years, and it turned out to be gorgeous.
