I've been coming here since 2016 and there was only one time I had a bad experience. It was when I made an appointment showed up on time Nd had to wait more than 20 minutes for anything to be started. That said, this place has totally got me- my nail woman, Katie, is honestly the best. I do SNS dip and she will mix colors to make one I want or use a combo of dip and gel to create the color. She pushes me to try color and nail design, which usually gets noticed by friends and random people. The vibe is relaxed and friendly. The man who did the service did not even attempt to soak off my acrylics with acetone, he just used the drill on my nails until it burned and broke the skin around my cuticles. I have always had SNS manicure done back in GA and I'm used to the routine nail procedure. To be honest , this nail salon was a little expensive- $10 more than what I usually paid in GA but I gave this salon a try anyways. The second time I visited this salon, the lady nail technician price gouged me for an extra $10 more for the exact SNS manicure that I did the first time over at their salon ! I came here last Saturday to have my nails done. Tina did them and I asked for dip nails. She seemed to not be very knowledgeable on dip and kept pausing and looking for things. It took forever & she had to sand my nails with the drill to fix the uneven powder on my nails. I was leery about the durability of dip but she assured me that they would last 3-4 weeks and I could come back to soak off and get new dip. Can I tell you that in 4 days 3 of my nails had cracks in them and were lifting , chipping away. By day 5 they started popping off. I paid $50, yes FIFTY DOLLARS. For nails that didn't even last a week. Needless to say I will never be coming back here, and j wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. I am super annoyed & out a decent amount of money for nothing. read more

Then another woman said if I wanted French I should've told them sooner but French was my second choice after learning they "couldn't" do what I wanted. I told her if you fix it I'll give you a bigger tip than planned I just wanted what I wanted n didn't mind paying for it. I explained that as well she yelled at me n said idc about the money you were here before close.. then she took my short busted nails off and said I can leave.. I rushed to get there just to be treated like trash. I felt uncomfortable from the start but still tried to stick it out Bc I really wanted my nails done n I planned on taking care of the person that took care of me. Instead I got talked about as I sat there and yelled at while she wasn't even ready for me when I got there.. seriously worst place I ever walked into. Idk how anyone gos back. They need to take a manners class Bc they have none. I'm a paying customer and I damn good one but I will never go back and I will tell everyone about my horrible experience. I've moved away from the area and I now miss this place! I highly recommend it. One of the cleanest nail salons I've been to. Friendliest and most outgoing staff. I've been going for over two years and most of that has been getting gel manicures. They do a great job cleaning the cuticles and shaping the nails. Polish is applied precisely (I've had salons get it on the cuticles or skin before). Only complaints on the gel manicure are that it's the most expensive I've had: $32. But I can usually get close to three weeks of wear out of that. Also, the polishes themselves can be hit or miss. I have a favorite color and they were out for awhile one time and another someone actually poured another color in the bottle. I've had the pedicures a few times as well. Also, usually great but just a few more dollars than most places charge. read more

Been coming here for about 2 years now and my nails are always perfect. I always get SNS and it holds up for 3-4 weeks without any issues at all and the prices are super comparable. I will give this place 3 stars. I made a reservation for 8 to get mani pedis the day before a friends wedding. I made it about a month in advance and called a couple days before to confirm the appointment time (11am). When we arrived staff was not aware a party was coming in, and there were 4-5 people having services done. This resulted in waiting 30-40 minutes to get started while, and less staff to help with our party. The bride ended up getting done almost last, and her nails were still getting done at 1:15 when I left (gel polish). Overall my manicure turned out fine and the facility was overall nice, but I booked this place because they note on their website they accommodate large parties and it didn't really go to plan. read more

I just went there to get a full set. The tech laughed when I showed him the design i wanted. A different tech had to come and finish my nails because the first one got too busy.
