From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The clinic itself was spotless and had a calming, luxurious atmosphere. Dr. Cynthia Hoffmeier, Owner and Medical Director took the time to consult with me before doing anything, explaining the entire process and addressing all of my questions and concerns with great detail. I really appreciated the personalized approach. She made sure I felt completely comfortable, and there was no rush at any point. During the procedure, I barely felt any discomfort, thanks to the expertise of Dr. Hoffmeier. The injections were quick and smooth, and the area was prepped thoroughly to minimize any swelling or bruising. It was honestly a breeze! The results speak for themselves. Within a few days, I saw noticeable improvements in my forehead lines and crow's feet, giving me a refreshed, natural look without being overdone. The effects lasted much longer than I expected, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I couldn't recommend this spa more highly for Botox treatments. I skipped across town for my first visit at Pure Skincare, just before Christmas. This place is amazing, upscale and every staff member made me feel like I was their only client, very attentive, warm and inviting. The microdermabrasion and micro-needling is amazing. Before leaving, I asked Michele if she could recommend any particular facial products, because personally, I've tried just about everything Clinique, Estee Lauder and MUAC has on their shelves. I've spent years in the sun and I've yet to find a product, to show the slightest change with improving the texture of my skin. Over the years, I've spent thousands on useless, overpriced, big name products, with no visible results. I knew Michele had many years of experience with skincare, so I decided to take a chance with a product she carries at PURE, (PCA Skin). Stumbled upon this place when I was out with friends for dinner at Ichiban. Immediately searched for them online to see what services they offered. I booked the new client microdermabrasion special with Susan. As soon as I walked into the spa, I was immediately welcomed by the receptionist. The decor is beautiful and the environment is friendly and calming. Everyone is so nice. Susan was amazing. She talked me through everything she was doing and appeared very knowledgeable about skin care and my specific needs. The microdermabrasion felt amazing and my skin was so smooth - a hell of a deal for $49! I went back a month later to do a light chemical peel (my first!), again with Susan. I started at Pure Skin Care Center with a Groupon for 3 microderm facials. I loved it so much I have been back monthly! The center is clean, the staff very welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. I see Kate for my services and WOW! what a difference in my skin! She listens to my concerns, has great recommendations for facials as well as products. She gives me samples to try before investing. Immediately after my facials, my skin is glowing, feels hydrated and soft. I finally feel like I have figured out the younger, glowy winning combination with the facials and products I found that work for my skin. Total game changer in my habits and lifestyle! I've been to Pure several times, and each time is amazing. First - the location is clean large and beautiful - a hidden gem tucked away in a strip mall, you wouldn't quite expect it. The staff is welcoming and professional and they have a wide array of high end products for sale on display. I've had several treatments by Kate - a spray tan, a micro channeling, micro dermabrasion and chemical peel; and have seen their injector for Dysport. Their knowledge is unmatched - I feel very comfortable that Kate is doing exactly what my skin needs. The office is absolutely beautiful, and super clean. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and provided answers to all questions. When I walked in Michelle was in the lobby spending time with a women who had not even made an appointment, she was providing product recommendations and teaching her about her skin and how to get the results she wanted. She is so genuine! I came in for microdermabrasion, the procedure was so relaxing. Heated table, fuzzy blanket, some of my favorite details. My favorite part is Michelle finishes her microdermabrasion with a mini facial so you don't have to leave with irritated skin :) I would recommend trying this place, nothing like it in the area! read more

I have been going here for about four years now. The second you walk in the door the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is just refreshing. For two year now, I have been seeing Breanna. She is the sweetest, friendliest esthetician I have seen in years. She advised me and helped me with the goal that I was reaching with my skin care routine. I have had facials from microdermabrasions, chemical peels or even just the basic facial. Some people like to just relax and not say a word. Not me, Breanna is so sweet to talk to and she explains every step to you in detail. Pure Skin Care Center is absolutely amazing. I had troubled skin for years with acne and acne scarring and Michele was able to clear it up in just a few months with a combination of microdermabrasion, peels, and the PCA skin care line they carry. Michele is so knowledgeable about skin care and really takes the time with her clients to learn their needs and recommend the best treatments for them. The only reason I stopped going is that we moved to another state and I am now struggling to find another skin care center that even compares to Pure Skin! I just recently received THE BEST facial I have ever had hands-down from Brandi at Pure Skin Care Center. I've gotten facials over the past seven years from lots of different establishments, but this one was on a whole other level. I started going to Pure Skin Care Center in September of 2021 after I got engaged to improve my skin for my upcoming wedding. I saw Rachel for Microdermabrasion the first time there and have been going to her routinely ever since! She is so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. Kate is the best! I've been going to her consistently over the last few months and I can say that not only do I feel extremely safe going there doing the pandemic, but she has also done wonders for my skin! She's recommended products that actually work (without being pushy) for my skin, and the facials have been incredible. I've had two facials at Pure Skin Care Robinson Twsp and both were absolutely excellent. The receptionists were very friendly, professional, welcoming and trustworthy. The spa's waiting area was relaxing and informative with its literature. Kate, the facialist, was friendly, professional, and an expert in her work. In 12/24, I had a microderm facial and totally relaxed with it. Then last month, I had a wonderful hydrating facial which felt great. I've decided I'll get a hydrating facial every other month with Kate. I'd give both facials a score of 10 out of 10! read more

I have taken care of my skin since I was in my early 20's, I am now in my mid- 60's. When I lived in Arizona, I had an awesome Esthetician. After moving back to Pennsylvania I could not find an Esthetician that was as good as my friend in Arizona. I'm so happy to say, I have found her at Pure Skin Care Center. I have had several ProCell Microchanneling services done by Vinessa and my skin has never felt or looked better. I was very happy with my facial with Brandi in September! Unfortunately I was stuck in traffic and arrived 15 minutes late... but she changed my facial service to a light facial with microderm and it was perfect. I was just about to head out on vacation and my skin felt soooo smooth from the microderm and she sent me home with lots of samples too! I actually started going to this spa because of all of the great reviews about it on Yelp, and it did not disappoint! I now go there monthly. The atmosphere is wonderful, I love the eminence products they use for everything. I have sensitive skin and I've never had a problem with any of their products. I see Rachel every time I go there. She customizes my treatments to my skin concerns and always gives me great recommendations for products and future treatments.
