This place is terrible. Long wait even with an appointment. They make you schedule multiple appointments for issues that can all be addressed in one (for more money of course) I'd recommend finding an allergist that isn't greedy unable to adequately schedule appointments read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I can not stress this enough. I started back in august for allergy shots but came for an allergy test first. Well the doctor that was supposed to see me initially decided that they didn't wanna come in because I was their only appointment for the day (per another worker there) so she rescheduled me. Finally got the tests done but the doctor didn't have time to go over the results with me so she had to schedule a different appointment, which she then could no longer make so they did another appointment with another doctor. They were supposed to order me a nebulizer and never did. They claimed it would be delivered to my door. I waited 2 months before calling and asking where it was and when my serum was going to be made. They initially told me when I first did the test that they'd have my serum in about 2 weeks. Well I never received the nebulizer still (and was close to dying because all I had was my inhaler) and my serum was finally made in NOVEMBER. I asked to speak to a manager during this whole process as well multiple times because this place is so disorganized. Tessie is her name. Well, tessie is possibly the rudest person I've ever met and she told me I was lying about calling in and that I've not called the office at all in regards to this issue. I was calling well over 2-3 times a week for a month. I came in for my first shot and drove 30 minutes to this office, only for them to tell me they lost my serum. This was after I paid them 500$ 5 minutes before. I asked for a refund, which they did. I came back weeks later after finding a new allergist and asked for my serum to be transferred in which they said I had to have my first shot first before I could have it transferred. Fine. I come in to get the shot and as usual wait 30 minutes with an appointment. They said I needed to pay, and charged me for $300. THEY TRIED TO OVERCHARGE ME 200$ BEFORE. that's not an oopsie. I asked which one it was and she couldn't tell me really what the price was. She said I could call billing to double check. I pay $300 and get my shot and leave. Paid for them to ship my serum to my new allergist. Well they supposedly "hand delivered" my serum. They never did though. My new allergist never got the serum and now I have to pay an additional $400 to my new allergist to get this done because this firm is incompetent. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. read more

Just go somewhere else. I got referred there after I broke out in hives. So remember I'm itchy ALL the time this happened, sometimes more sometimes less, ALWAYS ITCHY though. After my initial consult they lost me as a patient for two weeks. Took a couple days of leaving messages in the MA's mailbox before I stumbled on the only way to ever get a message through to anyone is through scheduling. But then you start to run into the shrew factor going through scheduling/front office staff. Don't get me wrong, they don't recruit specifically, I don't think. Not everyone I encountered was a shrewlike harpy just waiting for their turn to make mouth noises at you, sometimes so much so you don't get to finish yours or have to repeat the whole thing again. Some were very pleasant and you only had to say something once. But it was at least 60/40 maybe 70/30, shrews/pleasant. So they ran some tests. Took a couple weeks. Put me on some meds. Tests came back. Need more tests. Meds they just put me on that's only effect was to delay my ability to take the test by 6-8 weeks, and keep feeling doped as hell and, scratching like I'm trying to win the Oscar in Ray. So I get the test done. Now LabCorpPatient is involved here so I'm not entirely sure who to fire the "blamezooka" at on the next few they both appear to have a history of suckage. But the test gets lost. Next test, messed up somehow(effing weeks). Final test, get reffered to specialist. To kinky to go into, don't want to violate the HIPPO. Anyway I took two buses over an hour to go to my last visit. I had to fill out paperwork for conditions I didn't have, unlace my boots, (bus=walking=boots) take em off for height (umm, the same), weight (@247# w/3to5# boot, you're looking at 1-2% of the total weight is boot. No dosing is that accurate) lace 'em back up, get BP temp, someone asking me questions I just answered with things I said, a 15 minute wait, to fill out paperwork to order a shot they said I was coming in to get. The ordering has gone awry. After being tired of being cut off, repeating myself, and general lack of competence. I expressed my displeasure, I'll admit when met with snotty and haughty tones I returned fire. And near the end I was so flustered I may have treated a pleasant unfairly. Anyway they've sent me a breakup letter, I've filed a grievance with my insurance. By all means if this is the experience you're looking for give them a call. read more

The doctor is extremely nice, but I feel like I'm at a car dealership where all they want to do is sell me more tests. I went in for eczema and they asked me how my breathing was. I told them 100% fine. They tried several times to get me to pay to take a breathing test even though I continued to remind them that my breathing was fine and that it was not why I was there. They then tried to get me to do a prick test (which consists of almost 100 pricks on your back and arms, then drop allergens into each one and have you lay there for an extended period of time while you wait for the burning, itching, and swelling to reach its climax so they can measure to see how badly you have reacted to each one). I told them I'd already had that test done at their exact location several years ago and they said those records were in the archives and they would have to find them. I think it's also important to note that this allergy test would have NOTHING to do with my eczema because this was related to things my skin comes in contact with, which is why the doctor also suggested I get a patch test to test which things are causing my skin condition. As I was leaving, I tried to schedule the patch test, but they told me they couldn't at the moment and that they'd call me later. A couple days went by with no call, so I called them and left a message. No one ever called me back, so I called again about a week later and left another message. I finally got a call back a few days later and they were trying to schedule me for the prick test. I told them I'd already refused that one and that they already had those records in their archive, but she said I needed to take it again. I told her "no thank you" and asked if I could please schedule the patch test. She said she had no notes stating it was approved and that we could not schedule it until she spoke to the doctor. I asked her to call me back as soon as she got approval from the doctor, but no call ever came. I called back again with no response and it has now been several weeks. Unfortunately this is the only allergy place in my area that my insurance is in network with, but I will avoid going back at all costs. Fast-forward to two weeks ago when I receive a bill (this is on top of the bill I already paid in-office that they said was the portion I was responsible for). I have called the billing department at least six times to try to pay, with no answer... ever. They have never returned my calls, despite the messages. The trip to drive over there is over and hour round-trip, but I guess I'm going to have to make it so they don't send me to collections or something over this mess. Do NOT mess with them if you don't absolutely have to!!!! *The only reason I'm giving them a second star is because the doctor himself was so sweet. He's a salesman for sure, but a genuine one. read more
